Everyone thinks I'm just a salty cosmos hater. Was around silently when ATOM hit all time highs, made some decent coin, lost some coin and it used to be a somewhat fun and vibrant eco. My opinion of the eco doesn't sit well with its current participants, usually ends up with them moaning to my superiors or a block. However since we arent in the ecosystem anymore, I can speak freely, since we arent "ATOM aligned anymore" (what a waste of time that was) Someone asked me recently why are you against people entering cosmos, below is my reply. "As someone who is recently part of a team that left cosmos for better pastures, its a shit show over there mate. Dont stake that shit, otherwise you have to wait even longer to exit. The whole cosmos eco system has gone to shit. Projects are sunsetting and going into maintenence mode quicker than the price of crude oil can move. The ICL/ICF/cosmoslabs and whatever bs they change their echo chamber to in the future are not building for you. They will try and sell you on the inflation being curbed and even say its working. Their tokenomics are still the same. They are liars. Are you here for the tech or the price? If the tech is so good, still married to the bag when it hits $1, 50c and so on? Magnus (co ceo) and their telegram lackys ban any one with constructive criticism to their moves and decisions. They killed the eco in the hope its going to prop up ATOMs value. In return everyone has got: - projects migrating/sunsetting - using ETH fud as marketing - using job listings from banks as positive news for ATOM - a NFT marketplace - Mastercard wooooooo - bringing Japans system on chain (yeah... sure) We must highlight that they do care about a few things which is protecting their own salaries, dumping ATOM on retail (they have been for years). Now this is just a small taste of the history in that shitstorm of an eco. Go back further anywhere from 2019 onwards and you will see its just one big circle jerk and the same things just different leadership at the helm If you hate your money, carry on in cosmos. If you value your hard earned dollars, you would best park your money or invest elsewhere. Dont believe me? Ask anyone else outside of the cosmos eco or anyone thats left like us, they will confirm this and more. They call it the cosmos cartel for a reason. I'm also happy to be fact checked on any of the above. What they say and do are 2 completely different things" Everyone works so hard for their money, and in times like this you think twice about spending at the store, I highly recommend you think twice before putting a single cent into the cosmos eco system. Hey guys I’ve noticed that @celestia hasn’t posted anything since February 17, and both @nickwh8te and @musalbas have been quiet as well.
