Ironically enough, if the Kings pull this off and get a franchise-changer, you could argue that the De’Aaron Fox trade was so bad it actually helped their future by positioning them in what’s believed to be one of the best drafts in decades.

Lottery reform I’m in favor of:
-Traded picks can be lotto protected, but no more specific than that
-Limit on consecutive lottery results. Ex: team can’t pick top 2 in consecutive drafts
-Conference finals teams are exempt from lotto selection (top 4) a year later

@will_zimmerle Honestly. Nothing good comes from these past two wins. The fans that want to win will believe that the team is good (they aren’t) and those who want a generational talent will watch other teams get better odds for them.
