YouTube is like an abusive spouse who stalks you after you leave them. YouTube’s AI is harassing me. Last night I packed up my bags and left YouTube forever. I didn’t look back. I could breathe again. I Unlisted 1,000 videos! I left only a few podcasts public. That’s it. I will delete the rest. But that takes time. Either way, my videos aren’t available anymore. I made sure of that. This morning I woke up, checked my email, and saw stacks of new Copyright Claims on OLD videos. Where were the copyright claims yesterday? Last week? Last month? Last year? Why am I suddenly being harassed with them now? Why won’t YouTube just let me leave and let me be?! This is like being in a monster movie. Just as soon as you thought you escaped the beast, he appears again and grabs your leg. Hey, YouTube! I don’t want to be around you anymore. Leave me alone!!!
