@SkyHelpTeam yes. they told me the engineer would be with me in 2 hours. 4 hours ago. I would really appreciate it if you could fix this.

@SkyBroadbandd You can compensate me for lost earnings, but you can’t compensate me for missing my daughter’s end of year dance performance. I have wasted a whole day waiting for an engineer who hasn’t turned up. Do you treat all customers so shabbily ? #notamushroom

@BABYZENstroller I have had a really bad experience, leaving me out of pocket for quite alot of money. Is this how you treat all of your customers. Some feedback at least would be useful

@DHLParcelUK I would just like to know why the delivery was not made when I was told it would be. It wasted time and energy, and the explanation for it not being delivered was inadequate. I collected the parcel from a service point now.

@DHLParcelUK why did you do this? Waited home all day and now you tell me you can't deliver to my address. I wasted time and lost money on this, and ruined a birthday surprise. So disappointing, you make me sad.
