President Trump and his Republican Party are flailing. They know their MAGA agenda is making life more expensive, communities less safe, and government more corrupt. Donald Trump’s election conspiracies are simply not connected to reality. Every time the President and his enablers have been forced to back up these claims, they’ve failed. I’d know — I beat them 43-0 in court last time they tried to throw out Pennsylvanians' votes.

The President is wrong. Washington State’s universal vote-by-mail system is safe and secure and so was the 2020 election. Ask Mike Pence.   The question now is whether Congress continues to allow President Trump to undermine the Constitution, state law, and Americans’ right to cast their votes, or whether Congress will stand up and stop Homeland Security's unauthorized attempt to throw Americans off of the voting rolls.
