Is anyone using @fidelitybankplc experiencing the same issues I'm facing? Debit, they won't give the airtime. Yesterday 21k to my other account, I've not seen it since This morning, 10,200, unsuccessful but I'm debited. Na to close this account, for real!

Subject: Complaint on Unauthorized Withdrawals and Concerns About System Security. I am deeply disappointed that Fidelity Bank allowed fraudsters to gain unauthorized access to customers’ bank accounts and successfully transfer their hard-earned money into beneficiary accounts using internet-enabled devices without customers’ consent. This situation clearly raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and reliability of the bank’s security and internal control systems. There is no way this vendor or platform involved in these transactions can easily be trusted when fraudulent activities continue to occur on customers’ accounts. It is unacceptable that criminals were able to break into customers’ accounts and carry out unauthorized withdrawals successfully, which suggests weaknesses in the bank’s fraud prevention and account protection systems. Furthermore, it is difficult to understand how Fidelity Bank can describe such a vendor as a trusted IG vendor while many customers continue to suffer from internet-related fraud and unauthorized debit transactions. Fraudsters in the online space are taking advantage of these loopholes to steal customers’ funds without consent, thereby damaging customers’ confidence and trust in the bank. I strongly urge Fidelity Bank to strengthen its cybersecurity measures, improve its transaction monitoring systems, and implement more reliable security controls capable of detecting and preventing unauthorized access and fraudulent withdrawals before customers suffer losses. Customers deserve better protection, accountability, and assurance that their funds are safe within the banking system. I expect Fidelity Bank to thoroughly investigate these incidents, identify all parties involved, and take immediate action to prevent any recurrence. #public @fidelity

@taiwoyedele @UNIONBANK_NG why is e-money transfer from @fidelitybankplc taking eternity to reflect in Union Bank account? In the past 2 days I observed that electronic transfers from Fidelity Bank to Union bank takes more than 6 hours to reflect. Pls, can you rectify this? @cenbank
