15 years ago I found a guitar in my Dad's attic. The 1st song I ever learned was Dee by Randy Rhoads. I haven't put the guitar down since. Here is an updated version of Dee. I hope you enjoy it! Thanks @OzzyOsbourne for the inspiration❤️

I’m sitting a few steps away from the Gulf of Mexico in Mississippi visiting my mom and dad who are both elderly, a few other members of my family are here as well, young and old, you can hear the seagulls as they fly by in the distance, I’m so grateful to have music to express

Trying all the vocal tools whilst being completely not warmed up. When I was in my insanely regimented phase of trying to figure out my voice, I tested every variable of: Length of warm up time Length of between time Length of performance time I took notes upon notes of every single possible variation of time and combo of those. Then. As you saw, I recently unlocked being able to (quoting Corey Beaulieu here) just … do it. With the warm ups. And a much less strict one. About 30-40 mins of warm ups -really any time during the day. And it can be broken up even. In chunks. For the last two days, I’ve tried 0 warm up. This is yesterday. Midday after traveling all day. This morning I tested first thing in the am with no warm up. Just exploring.

David Gilmour - Breathe (Pink Floyd) cover from Dark Side Of The Moon by me :) I have always been infatuated with this song, the haunting slide over that beautiful bass movement. I can just FEEL the song. I really enjoy figuring out ways to make things work on guitar. On this one I start with a compressor to keep everything smooth. then I use a pitch block to which I assigned an expression pedal to. The toe down position is normal pitch. When I lower to heel I raise the pitch by one whole step which is how I mimic the slide. It will not work correctly dry. To get it that smooth slide sound I use a stereo tape delay set at 460 ms ran in parallel to a dry signal. feeback is set to 54% and then into a hall reverb set at 3 sec. I also move my foot against the beat (lazy foot) to get the pitch to move slightly behind the beat to give it that extra haunting sound on the slides. Oh and also, I am in open tuning so the harmonics that cannot be play in standards tuning I play half harmonic, half fretted note. Anyone confused :) Thank you all for watching my videos. I really love doing this. As always, if you like these videos please follow, I follow back!! #keithwhite #davidgilmour #pinkfloyd #breathe #guitarcover

Promoters won't book what they can't describe. If you can't explain your music in one sentence, neither can they. That's the gig you just lost.

There are two types of musicians.
The one who's always getting gigs, and the one who's just as talented but can't figure out why the gigs aren't coming.
One treats outreach like a business and a practice routine, the other waits hoping someone discovers him.

Imagine you had to choose your life at age 40: Option A: Single. No kids. $10M net worth. Travel anywhere. Total freedom. Quiet house. Quiet holidays. Option B: Married. 3 kids. $1M net worth. Drive a Toyota. Chaos every morning. Loud house. Full dinner table. Be honest, which life are you choosing?
