For everyone concerned about the high dose of tirzepatide. This decision was not one taken lightly it was calculated and planned just like everything else I do. I would not just jump into something of this extreme nature without proper preparation and expectations of all possible outcomes. Also bloodwork is sceduled for the end of July to make sure everything is in range.

Monday morning breakfast 💉 10mg 5-Amino-1MQ 3mg Mots-c 3mg Wolverine + 3mg Ghk-cu 4iu Gh 10mg Tirzepatide My wife has been on Tirzepatide for about a year now and says it isn't working great for her anymore, so I added 4mg Retatrutide to her stack and decided to throw 10mg of Tirzepatide at mine. Trying to speed run the rest of this cut ive been stuck in the 178-173lb range for too long lets see if this will push me over the edge.

Several accounts got same ghost ban I had and they just out right suspended his after he posted an actually genuine nice video of him thanking his affiliates and customer base last night.

Hate to see P*ptide P*ugs suspended today of all days. Quite ironic. Give them some support today and also take advantage of their sale for July 4. Use code PEPGUIDE for additional discounts! Their link can be found through my site in the comments below.

we cracked the infamous "ND" issue! peptaura interviewed a bunch of cGMP manufacturing plant managers in chynah to investigate it's quite simple! it wasn't sabotage or even malice *from the distributors* you're buying from (which is why we’re now demanding pre-tested batch numbers from them) it happens when demand outpaces supply on the last link of the chain, the fill-finish factory NDs happen when one of the following takes place: * honest, yet dangerous and expensive mistake: if a single batch gets swapped for another) * demand outpaces supply and they maliciously either sell 100% mannitol or a common, mostly harmless peptide like BPC-157: when it becomes systemic typically they're never dangerous replacements as life threatening batches would result in immediate CCP intervention! and that's it we HAD to understand the issue to work with our vendors to implement guardrails to prevent it, and that we did we also know that some of our vendors are practically immune to this issue as they ARE this link in the supply chain :^] this concludes today's story peptaura.

@VanceE I use this brands MAX nasal spray daily. A bottle or two a month, for the past 2-3 years. Still got diagnosed with SIBO recently after a 3 hour breath test, then 2 weeks of antibiotics. So in my personal experience, it had no effect on SIBO. Even use their superfood honey.

@ThePepGuy Right. I have a whole kit of GHK. Paid probably 10$/bottle and the H acid was $8 for 30ml. Figure it is a cheap test run. If I really like it I can buy the more fancy/formulated stuff if I think it will move the needle

PEPGUIDE 🤝 PEPTIPRICES I have teamed up with @peptiprices to provide frequent and reliable peptide pricing updates and availability status. My first price tracker worked decently, but these guys are GOATed in the price tracking realm so I am leaning on them. I see so many peptide sites try to reinvent the wheel, so a better tactic was pursued. Check my site tracker out to see prices/availability for peptides on PepGuide-reviewed vendors, or follow the page link over to Pepti to see over 50 sites and many more peptide options! Looking forward to this collab @BigPeptideGuy See this and so much more at pepguide.net

@rorynotsorry Would love to see more pen content! More guides. More reviews. Like how do Novopens compare to the V1 that you like; or the Gansulin, Xulin, V3.5, or V4? It seems like there are so many options out there, it's hard to know where to start. Also, why do people have like 30 pens?

One of these days I am going to make a video for you guys showing how quickly you can transfer to a cartridge when reconstituting a prescribed peptide. Once I inject bacteriostatic water, I usually leave the needle in while I SHAKE the peptide (takes seconds usually). I then imediately draw it out again with the same syringe. I then cap that syringe, remove it, insert a filter, put same syringe back on filter... then inject into the cartridge. (make sure you use a vend needle). It takes me probably no more than a minute or two extra. Once you have a pen, then taking your prescribed dose takes seconds. I keep my pen needles right in the refrigerator next to my pens... which are all color coded and labeled per peptide. V1s are are my goto... the new ones with metal bodies. The V2s... the ones with a hole in the tip are not so good... habit of breaking.

𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁. 𝟯𝟬+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮,𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽:🧵 𝟭) 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗬𝗧𝗛 Every week I get hundreds of people asking me how to cycle peptides. And every week I see the same recycled templates floating around forums and Reddit. Here’s the truth: most of those protocols are copies of a copy. Not engineered from evidence. Just passed around until everyone assumed they were real. 𝟮) 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 There’s also a major confusion nobody clears up. “Cyclic peptides” in published research refers to molecular structure. Circular backbone. Enhanced enzyme resistance along with better receptor binding. That has nothing to do with running BPC-157 for 6 or 8 weeks. Two completely different concepts. Most people confuse them. 𝟯) 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗦 So should you cycle peptides? It depends. And that answer frustrates people. Different peptides act on completely different receptor systems. You cannot apply one cycling rule to all of them. The logic powering one-size-fits-all templates collapses under basic scrutiny. 𝟰) 𝗚𝗛 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗘𝗦 Example: Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin stimulate the ghrelin receptor. Continuous overstimulation of any receptor increases the risk of desensitization. That’s why I favor pulsatile use that mirrors the natural physiology of growth hormone. Cycling makes biological sense here. 𝟱) 𝗚𝗟𝗣-𝟭 𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦 Now compare that to GLP-1 receptor agonists. Long-term human trials show sustained signaling without meaningful tachyphylaxis in most users. Completely different receptors. Completely different properties. Completely different answer. Same cycling template doesn’t apply. See the problem? 𝟲) 𝗕𝗣𝗖-𝟭𝟱𝟳 And then there’s BPC-157. It works through multi-pathway signaling. Growth factor modulation. Nitric oxide pathways. No clear development of tolerance in animal models. Another compound, another receptor system and another answer. You cannot treat all peptides the same. 𝟳) 𝗠𝗬 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 After 30+ years, here’s my personal framework: GH secretagogues: Pulsatile uses mirroring natural physiology. Healing peptides: Endpoint-driven. I identify the issue, define what “fixed” looks like, and stop when it’s resolved. Metabolic peptides: Continue as long as the benefit persists with regular monitoring. 𝟴) 𝟰 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 Before you design any cycling protocol, answer these four questions: What receptor does this peptide stimulate? Does it downregulate fast or slow? What’s the half-life? Is use endpoint-driven? What does YOUR data show? Bloodwork, body composition and performance. How you actually feel. 𝟵) 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗘 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 One more thing nobody talks about. Source quality matters more than your cycling schedule ever will. Research shows manufacturing processes can introduce impurities and reduced purity. If the peptide going into your body isn’t pharmaceutical grade, your protocol is irrelevant no matter how perfect it looks on paper. 𝘍𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦? 𝘍𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘸𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 "𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛" 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲.

modafinil vs armodafinil. stop asking which is better. let's end the debate. armodafinil: - 15h half life - monophasic release - stable plasma levels - pure R-enantiomer the use case: deadline days. dose at 4-6am. work straight through until midnight. deliver the project. accept you're not sleeping until 1am. worth it. modafinil: - 12h half life - biphasic release - racemic mixture (50% R, 50% S-enantiomer) - more dynamic plasma curve the use case: tuesday through thursday. normal workdays. wake up 6am, dose, focused until 6pm. wind down by 8pm, asleep by 10pm. rinse repeat. individual variation: - your genetics determine how fast you metabolize these compounds (CYP3A4/CYP2C9 enzyme variants). - fast metabolizers: modafinil might only last 8 hours. armodafinil 12 hours. - slow metabolizers: modafinil might last 14 hours. armodafinil 18+ hours. it's not the compound. it's your liver. the choice: armodafinil = maximum endurance, consequences accepted modafinil = high performance, sleep preserved now it's time to choose. modafinil or armodafinil? not medical advice.
