Exciting update: Coinbase has partnered with @perplexity_ai to help traders get access to real-time trusted crypto data/info for better decision making. The first stage is going live today, and there's more to come: Phase 1 (now): Perplexity is now ingesting our market data, including COIN50, and using it to power market analysis. Users can double click into price moves to help make better informed trade decisions. The demo below shows what it looks like on Comet, Perplexity’s new browser. Also, the Perplexity team shared that just as many users are looking up crypto as equities, which is a cool stat. Crypto is going mainstream. Phase 2 (soon): Coinbase’s market data will be used in Perplexity’s responses to user queries. Traders will be able to monitor market activity, screen for trade ideas, and analyze token-specific moves in an AI-powered conversational interface. This integration was made seamless by our @CoinbaseDev platform. Love to see more use cases here! I expect enhanced crypto functionality will be a catalyst for AI to achieve another 10x unlock. Personally I’m most excited to see crypto wallets fully integrated into LLMs one day. That will be a huge step towards a permissionless, digital economy. And today, this new access to reliable real-time data via increasingly intelligent LLMs will help lots more people make smart, informed decisions about crypto. Bitcoin blows minds for many reasons. Computer scientists say Satoshi solving the Byzantine Generals problem blew their minds. Economists might be mystified by an asset that goes up in price without producers increasing production to increase supply. Oil drillers say finding an alternative to flaring excess gas that's cleaner and more profitable was mind blowing. Human rights advocates say being able to own an asset which cannot be confiscated in a corrupt country, allowing people to grow wealth and escape tyranny was mind blowing. Power plant operators will say the load balancing capability of mining is mind blowing. Merchants or users of remittance services will say the fact that BTC lowers friction and fees is mind blowing. Some might say Bitcoin encouraging saving and long term thinking is mind blowing. If Bitcoin hasn't blown your mind, you just haven't viewed it through the right lens yet.

my greatest attribute as a trader is humility. i am above no one no matter how much money i make. ive learned just as much from people with 4-5 figs as i have from people with 7-8 figs. anyone who seriously dedicates themselves to this craft is in the same state anyway, pre-rich. the name of the game is to extract as much knowledge you can, whenever you can. there is no limit to what you can know so never dismiss an individual or experience as something meaningless. i say all this because it is never ever easy even though the constant pnl posting may lead you to believe it is. this market isn't "free", its ruthless and untameable. don't fault yourself for "underperforming", be happy you performed at all.

Is there an example of a successful crypto project that migrated to a different chain and got more success? Lots of examples of projects failing after migrating. I guess the underlying chain doesn't matter. If the team is focusing on it, they're not focusing on the right things
