@Arval_UK @financialombuds You should be unwinding our lease because we haven't had the vehicle we're paying for since March. But our case handler is now ignoring our emails. I am escalating but this is incredibly stressful and I am heavily pregnant

@financialombuds haven't heard a peep from the ombudsman regarding my complaint against my finance company. they have been non contact since 24th April despite me emailing constantly for updates. I cannot log into the Ombudsman Connect as I don't have an account.. help me?

Business transaction was cancelled with no warning whatsoever - no email, call or any contact. The funds have not been refunded and there is no path to resolving this. Called & used online chat with Wise support and they offered no path forward. @Wise @financialombuds

@AvivaUK I’d get anyone who uses aviva car insurance to think again. Have left us in lurch. Awful customer service and paying for something that turns out to be pointless! None fault accident. Failed to properly assess car. Cars not deemed safe by them yet trying to force repair

I’ve had an email update on this from @AXA claims. They are asking for documentation I supplied to them at the beginning of March. In 15 days I can take it to @financialombuds. I’m certain they’re taking me around on this roundabout time and time again to avoid paying out

I DMed as requested and all I have had is they have referred to relevant dept. Never get travel insurance from @AXA or @coverwise. My daughter spent 7 weeks in hospital in January and this claim still is ongoing. This has been an awful year and @AXA are just making it worse.
