@financialombuds haven't heard a peep from the ombudsman regarding my complaint against my finance company. they have been non contact since 24th April despite me emailing constantly for updates. I cannot log into the Ombudsman Connect as I don't have an account.. help me?





























I DMed as requested and all I have had is they have referred to relevant dept. Never get travel insurance from @AXA or @coverwise. My daughter spent 7 weeks in hospital in January and this claim still is ongoing. This has been an awful year and @AXA are just making it worse.
