@patternleaf @SummitCountyGov Technical limitations means that oftentimes WEA messages get broadcasted to a much larger location then intended. There’s no way to prevent this, so it’s important to always read the location of the alert closely.

@SummitCountyGov FYI we're camping a couple mountain ranges away in Grand County and got both alerts. Overuse the alert signal and folks will start to ignore it when it actually applies to them. :(
