If theatre isn't possible, how about a spectator skull? Enemies don't bother you. No Hud. Ability to fly. Or a "Truce Skull" that makes enemies the same "team" as you? At least you can then turn on the other 2 skulls and not get shot at constantly but can still get those tasty panning shots of enemy ridden battlefields.
