I've just had some devastating news that I can't start my new job in September, as my RUI is continuing into a fourth academic year. I'm heartbroken beyond all imagination. It's unfair that I've spent this long unable to work in my field, due to an offence I haven't committed.💔

Shame on you @ZARA you should be disgusted with yourselves, customer services is appalling. Bought a top, didn’t like, sent back. You are refusing to refund saying it’s in unworn condition. Yet the Zara shop would have refunded when I’ve taken it in and asked them!!
