@Rainmaker1973 Disappointed to see so much misinformation from you. The Czech flag was adopted in 1920, not 1945. The Greek flag in particular was adopted in 1822 (one year after the 1821 revolution) and certainly not in 1978!!! Iceland's was also adopted sometime between 1915-1918, not 1944!!

SPOILERS for episode 3. The Black Rose magic is also very cool so far. They've previously only used purple and golds because LeBlanc was the only champ related to it, so I'm glad Arcane allows them branch out into a broader palette for it, literal black roses.

In 13.19 we'll be making scoreboard pings for allies visible only to yourself so pinging things like "Kha'zix - Alive" 6x can no longer be used to harass teammates. We're maintaining the allied ping functionality so that you can still see exact allied ult & item cooldowns.

The core issue isn't the fact that the splashart doesn't match the gold version model, but that the model doesn't match the splash. The base (now gold) version of Victorious skins needs the classic Victorious colors.
