If she was doing exaggerated poses, suggestive stretches or content obviously designed to advertise adult content, that is usually still not a crime on its own unless it crosses into something legally obscene, indecent or sexually explicit under local law. She could absolutely be kicked out if she filmed others, used the gym for commercial content, disrupted members or broke house rules.
