There's nothing more annoying than @Control4 system network not working. No TV or music right now. This drives me crazy...IYKYK

@Deb1972Deb We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. ^TM

@BBCWatchdog Access to email accounts @virginmedia went down on the 19th June. 10 days later historic emails have not been restored despite hours and hours of calls to Virgin, email complaints and tweets. VM customer service is non existent. Life in meltdown - can you help?

@virginmedia On everything - I have no historic emails at all it’s a nightmare. Nothing on folders or inbox prior to the major issue Sunday/Monday

@wendys51 Can you run malware scans on all devices. Then change the password to the email account, using something new, unique never used before. Leave it one hour before trying the mailbox. ^John
