What’s up @delta? You cancel my inbound flight, without notifying me, and cancelled my outbound flight, again without notifying me, and then when I try to call am told as a Platinum medallion that I have a 6 (!) hour wait. This is just awful service. Awful.

I bought this book 12 yrs ago and have been waiting for a "good" time to start reading it. The time has come. It begins with the German/Soviet invasion of Poland in September 1939, using the same pretenses we are hearing today. I hope the similarity ends there.
