@JesseHughes @HatefulMuadDib But illegals are. Thats how you can arrest and deport them numb nuts. That’s why the only exemption to birthright citizenship are children born to foreign diplomats as they are under their countries jurisdiction, not ours.

@missiville_ @RepTiffany So they work here and have children, all now taxable under the US? What’s the issue? Seems you just hate Indians.

All foreigners working here on temporary visas (large Indian swaths) know that getting pregnant and giving birth to a child while coming here to work gives them an Anchor baby so they can stay in America. It is absolutely ludacris this is allowed. The child should always assume the citizenship of the birth mother. Full stop.

Birth tourism is when pregnant women, often from Communist China, travel to the U.S. or its territories for one reason: to give birth here and secure U.S. citizenship for their child. It’s a clear abuse of our system, and it’s time to end birthright citizenship for foreigners.

@america1stly @data_republican It’s an odd wording but that is the point. Without that, you wouldn’t have the authority to arrest or even detain illegal migrants as they are under the authority of their countries, not ours. 14A makes the deportation process work.

I think she was trying to express “under the jurisdiction of”. Meaning if you break a Japanese law, japan can prosecute you, so you are under their jurisdiction. Instead she used the wrong word “allegiance” which means something completely different. But I don’t know for sure. I might be giving too much credit.

Can someone please explain what going to Japan and stealing someone's wallet has to do with birthright citizenship? I don't get it.

🚨 WOW. Will Cain just exposed that 320,000 THOUSAND children were born to unauthorized or temporary migrant mothers, that's 9% PERCENT of ALL American births The Supreme Court needs to see the writing on the wall and abolish this before it gets EVEN WORSE.

@WallStreetApes So? If they are running a "Child Mill" they children can be claimed by CPS and the ring ended. As children are citizens, they are easy to claim and protect. In this case it's actually good they are citizens.

@ExhaustedFan28 @RichNascak @Grimthereaper75 @adgirlMM It's an issue to the point of the system is poorly designed and can be improved to make it better for people to become citizens. Also, it's not a loophole as it literally says in the first line that being born here gives you automatic citizenship.

@RichNascak @ExhaustedFan28 @Grimthereaper75 @adgirlMM Idk I hear people all the time on the side of ending it say "everyone" too, but it polls right now at <30%. At least in my generalization I'm closer to correct. It's unpopular to change it and opens real Constitutional issues if it did.

@RichNascak @ExhaustedFan28 @Grimthereaper75 @adgirlMM But that is the argument. No one cared until Trump and the people he’s empowered made it so. Now all of sudden we want to let this guy alter the Constitution with an EO? That would mean even the 2A would be unsafe by that logic.

@RichNascak @ExhaustedFan28 @Grimthereaper75 @adgirlMM Part of the point was for it to be abused. It got people to come here, have kids, start lives and contribute to the economy. It's supremely annoying that only now after this finger pointing from Dildo Dump and his goons people are actually starting to question this shit.

This is just my opinion but I think in his very narrow world view it's about power. He has an insatiable lust for more and more power. He will use it as intimidation. You can remove a person from a country no problem. But remove a country (citizenship) from the person and they are no longer able to function in society. It's a civil death. Where does one go without citizenship? Who will accept you if you have no country of origin? It's pretty terrifying to think about.

@ExhaustedFan28 @Grimthereaper75 @adgirlMM The question is why are these people trying to yank away systems that have already benefitted them? I shouldn't have to question anyone's citizenship if they are born in this country. That was the whole point of 14A to get families here.

Except Melania already had an Einstein Visa (EB-1) prior to Barron being born due to her modeling. I think the issue isn’t “Is Barron a legal citizen?” If the argument was “Should we deport Melania?” sure I could MAYBE see that argument in this, but Barron would have citizenship regardless due to President Trump being a natural born citizen… That’s where this argument is null and void… Again, Melania is a legal citizen now due to residency, marriage, EB-1, and Barron…But still these arguments regarding his kids citizenship is where it lacks logic

@ExhaustedFan28 @Grimthereaper75 @adgirlMM But Barron is still an "anchor baby" and that is what this would change. If anything the biggest issue IS the anchor children, where men/women have children with foreigners to get them legal status here. Frankly it doesn't matter as they start contributing to society regardless.
