On February 19, we discovered damage to our property caused by their courier and immediately contacted Customer Service. We were told an email would be sent so we could submit photos. We explained it was after dark and would send them the next day. On February 20, we did exactly that — 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐥𝐲. On February 21, after hearing nothing, we called again. We were told someone would follow up within 48 hours. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝. On February 26, we called a third time and were escalated to a supervisor (“Elo”), who promised to resend the email. 𝐈𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞. At that point, we reviewed the original email and 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝— 𝐢𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞! The very process they gave us to report damage was broken from the start. On March 6, we called twice more. The first call mysteriously went silent after we voiced frustration. The second agent assured us a callback and even asked for the best time. 𝐍𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞. On March 16, nearly a month after the incident, we finally reached someone in “Customer Resolution.” Still no acknowledgment. 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. On March 18, we called again. 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝. On March 19, we received a call from a 1-800 number. We accidentally missed it — and instead of a voicemail, we received yet another email asking (for the THIRD time) for proof of damage… despite previous agents confirming they had already received our photos. The email even had the audacity to say, “𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞..." Further assistance? 𝐖𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐍𝐘 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡! No accountability. No follow-through. No working communication channels. Just delays, dead ends, and repeated requests for the same information. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐩.
