True radicalism in tokenomics isn't just dialing down inflation or slapping on burns (plenty of projects do that). It's about ENGINEERING sustained, organic demand that makes $FLR something people NEED to acquire, not just a fee token that gets dumped after every tx. I suspect the proposal will support some type of permanent (protocol level) automated buy pressure. Perhaps a treasury contract, which creates real usage driven demand. As Flare captures RWA markets, protocol fees grow, more $FLR bought/burned, producing scarcity and so on. Unlike simple burns, it could mean revenue-sharing and buying pressure. The RWA use case makes it truly radical. If the proposal hooks protocol revenues into constant FLR buys, $FLR stops being "just gas" and becomes the demand for a RWA/DeFi economy. People buy it to participate in yields, secure vaults, mint/redeem assets, insure protocols, etc. That's the philosophical shift: from inflationary bootstrap token, to deflationary treasury asset. This is all just pure speculation, but suffice to say I’m PUMPED to see the proposal.
