I do however have proof of Jerry drafting and developing and trading for a great team on paper despite not having a halfway decent budget to work with. Baseball managers dont get credit for good players playing well, they get credit for making good ingame decisions and keeping a team motivated and cohesive in the background. If jerry is the one making all the decisions according to you that means not only did he build the team but he also shadow puppet managed them to the ALCS last year? Just using your logic here.

@ryan_staiger I agree. I have been done with him since game 7 of the ALCS, all these problems the team is having wont go away just by getting a new manager but if they can find someone who can manage in game decisions halfway decent it’s a big upgrade.

@miserableseafan Probably when they stop drafting at an elite level and signing star players to team friendly deals. I have proof of Jerry doing very good things for this team, is he perfect? No. I have zero proof of Dan Wilson doing anything but getting a job he wasnt qualified for.

@EmeraldYard3 Like it or not, Jerry is a problem and can’t keep his hands out of games. If you think Dan is making any decisions outside of Jerry’s direction then you’re just being ignorant.

@SeahawksForever You make more throws playing SS. And most of time, longer. So that isn’t the reason.

This is probably the best lineup they can run out there right now. I don’t expect to see JP at 3B for a minute. More work to be done there and they’d need to see that his arm is 100% first.
