Test day came and she only missed TWO questions. Should’ve been a 92%. She got a 50%. Why? Because she didn’t use the box method. She got the answers right but they were marked wrong anyway. In a development from the ongoing penalty phase of the Tanner Horner capital murder trial in Tarrant County, Texas, the judge has ruled that the disturbing audio recording from inside the FedEx van will NOT be released or played publicly for the media. Prosecutors had detailed in their opening statement how Horner covered up the interior camera after abducting 7-year-old Athena Strand, yet the audio continued to capture the approximately one-hour violent attack on the child, including her screams and struggle. Jurors will hear the recording as they weigh whether Horner receives the death penalty or life in prison without parole following his guilty plea.
