There’s a setting in the launcher that can cause slowdown on PC. Turning it off can noticeably improve performance. #NTE #NevernesstoEverness !

The reason why I don't see "Steam controller is used with Steam" as an issue on Windows is because this is the current Windows experience of using a controller outside of Steam:

@s1nicki You might have double HDR. Windows Graphics settings have an auto HDR. If that's enabled and you enable the game one then it doubles it

@Reiteller @s1nicki @takeshi_no_uta It's only active if the game doesn't have native HDR implementation anyways, so in this case it makes 0 difference

@s1nicki @takeshi_no_uta Disable this setting and see if it helps. Or enable it, if it's disabled

@pandamadetray @reece_us @s1nicki @takeshi_no_uta It doesnt matter what the screenshot looks like. A screenshot with HDR on is nowhere near representative of the image when HDR is running. I frequently need to turn off HDR when screenshotting after realizing I left it on & the image is unreadable. You'd know this if you used HDR

@Namesiithe2nd @steusmotus Not every game. Some games have necessary pre launchers. You can add those to Steam but once it launches the full game Steam doesn't detect it as such as it only detects the pre game launcher.

I was all in until I found out it only works when using games through Steam. It really should have a secondary Xinput option for other games.
