I am raising serious concerns about the abuses suspected elements of crime have been subjected to on apprehension by the public or the victim of the crime.
Even a suspect has certain rights that we must not derogate to avoid criminal liabilities. They should not be tortured, forced into confession or invented punishments such as dancing by anyone. These acts are degrading and directly makes a mockery of the institutions that are meant to prosecute them for their crimes.
If the idle public genuinely seek whom to degrade, the thieving politicians who loot our financial resources are better subjects.

A man don’t just beat a woman weeks after C section except he has been beating her before. 🤔seriously Is it that some women don’t know where to report domestic violence, that they resort to doing full video narrations and post on social media instead? Don’t you have family members you can turn to? Or at least know the way to the nearest police station or women’s affairs office?
Instead of following the proper channels, some of you women set up camera, cry on video and post it online, for what exactly? pity, donations, or public support to help leave the marriage so you have resources to start a new life?💁🏿♂️
It’s not impossible to leave an abusive marriage. Was this the first time it happened? No.😠
I only feel truly sorry women who actually report domestic violence to the right authorities but nothing was done because their husbands have money and connections.
Having been to many places, I’ve observed that when domestic violence occurs, the police are involved first before the media but in Nigeria, it’s the opposite, the media comes first because many women immediately cry on video, post it online and go viral instead of following due process.
If you ask most of them whether they reported the matter to the police or the women’s affairs office, they will tell you “No.”

@ChuksEricE From the start of the match to the end, Spain🇪🇸 dominated the play and was likely to win. See Argentina 🇦🇷 had it easy from the beginning of the world cup until spain 🇪🇸, One could say they🇦🇷 faced weaker teams before English 🏴 unlike Portugal 🇵🇹 💁🏿♂️

The kind of woman or man you hope your children will become tomorrow depends largely on the values you teach them today. The good Character you want today is not an accident. It is cultivated and you have to do the work now.
Teach your sons to:
- Respect others, especially women.
- Live with integrity and honesty.
- Practice contentment instead of entitlement.
- Respect a woman's body and understand the importance of consent.
- Live a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.
- Handle rejection with maturity and grace.
- Be independent and responsible.
- Take accountability for their actions.
- Develop basic life skills such as cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, making their bed, laundry and cleaning up after using the bathroom.
- Treat every person with dignity and kindness.
Teach your daughters to:
- Be self-reliant and disciplined.
- Practice contentment and avoid unnecessary comparison.
- Carry themselves with dignity, even when no one is watching.
- Never depend on men for financial security.
- Earn an honest living with their own hands, because there is honour in legitimate work.
- Dress in a way that reflects self-respect and confidence.
- Pursue their dreams and commit to personal growth.
- Build confidence, integrity, and strong character.
- Recognise unhealthy friendships and walk away from bad influences.
- Be vigilant, avoid trusting strangers blindly, and prioritise their safety.
Teach both your sons and daughters to:
- Have good manners and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Communicate openly with you without fear.
- Understand that home should always be a safe place where they can share their struggles and seek guidance.
- Respect themselves and others.
- Make wise decisions and take responsibility for the consequences of their choices.
The future spouses, parents, and leaders of tomorrow are being raised in our homes today. The values we instil now will shape the families and the society they build in the future.
Lastly, Have the number of children you can responsibly and comfortably raise. Every child deserves love, guidance, stability, and the opportunity to thrive.
When children grow up without adequate care, support, or supervision, they can become more vulnerable to poverty, exploitation, crime, and other social challenges.
Raising children is not just about bringing them into the world. It is about being prepared to nurture, protect, and equip them for a better future.
