You’re voluntarily making the choice to pick that blue button and take the gamble of killing everyone unless it’s coordinated and lines up to 50%. Scenario calls for private vote so this coordination is not happening. So you’re banking on people taking that risk with you.
So the choice is obvious. Take a gamble with your life and everyone else’s. Or do nothing. There’s nothing to save here. You’re not choosing to kill anyone by picking red.

if they minimise it, then the employees will work elsewhere if there is enough competition in free markets which is why we should incentivise competition & more free markets
