It’s telling that Reform have not yet dumped this candidate for his vile antisemitism and attacks on Islam. He should be nowhere near public office yet he is still a reform candidate in Plymouth and he hasn’t been condemned by Reform’s local leader. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

CONSERVATIVE VICTORY: We’ve won our fight against Labour to ban phones in schools. That’s a victory for pupils, parents and teachers across Britain. This is what happens when you Vote Conservative.

@lukejcr So you agree that if the government cut taxes, then taxpayers would have more money in their pocket, and a better ability to withstand global economic shocks?

Fans in Liverpool for Premier League Darts singing Keir Starmer's a wanker are like the Germans in 1945 telling everyone they never liked Hitler anyway. Idiots like them who'd vote for a poo as long as it wore a red rosette are why we have the utter mongs we have in charge

@MatthewStadlen Really ? Ed Miliband towers above Starmer in terms of integrity, honesty and clear communication. He deserves another go as 2015 was too soon for Labour to recover from the terrible 2010 Brown defeat.

If Labour MPs were to move against Starmer after the May elections, they would likely be opening a Pandora’s Box of doom and dragging the party into an electoral death spiral.

@CamillaTominey You work for a station and paper that support Reform. They are committed to scrapping the Equality Act so none of this will be illegal in future and so won't be an issue

Dear Mohammed. 1) The article states that some listings said 'Hindus only' but the vast majority were 'Muslims only'. 2) Entire flats and houses are being listed - not just single rooms. 3) Discriminating against tenants on the basis of their religion breaches the Equality Act 2010. 4) Non religious/conservative people (I think you mean non Muslims) do not automatically smoke, do drugs and 'sleep around'. 5) In the case of the Orthodox Jews in the story you have posted - this was about a charitable association NOT private tenancies. Thanks
Mohammed@MohammedJRH96

Firstly, the idea Muslims are the only ones doing this is false - the article also says Hindus do it, as well as others on the basis of gender (female only flat shares) and even language. Secondly, these aren't entire flats or houses for rent - they are single rooms. In my opinion if someone is renting out a room with shared living areas/bathrooms it's fair to have a preference for who will be sharing your space, which is why other groups do the same. I imagine many religious/conservative individuals wouldn't want to share their home with people who smoke, do drugs, drink, sleep around etc And of course the Telegraph and @CamillaTominey wont comment on their special groups behaviour that's arguably worse.

Two MPs kicked out of the Chamber for unparliamentary behaviour, purely so they can put a clip on social media for their supporters. Appalling conduct.

A Reform candidate in Bradford called Muslims pure scum and said he wanted to blast them off the face of the earth, while a Reform candidate in Croydon published a paper arguing Covid was a Pentagon-led conspiracy. Nigel Farage says Reform has the best vetting procedures in Britain, and yet candidates like this keep getting through.

Is it just me or is Trump really hard to pull off? He provides satirists with plenty of lines and choice phrases but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone do a good impression of him ever!

My pleasure to welcome @Keir_Starmer @AndyBurnhamGM and @bphillipsonMP to Holy Trinity primary school in Ashton this morning. 33 new free breakfast clubs will open across Greater Manchester this week, giving 10,000 more children a free, healthy start to the school day. That’s Labour on your side. 🌹

I think they should be some sort of mechanism where a referee can make a request to VAR to look at something without him making an initial decision about it.
