Our call centre clerks goes through Kings Lynn so you can always find a localised number. The 0800 numbers are just non localised versions of those numbers we use.

@FluxHelpdesk is your system down, I can't log on to check new policy. Premium credit want my agreement signed but I need to check you removed the cost of your breakdown service which I cancelled as the "taken to a garage within 20 miles" doesn't work for me.

@ianjakers Hello Ian, so sorry to hear you had a bad experience, we find that our busiest time for customer service is after 5pm and recommend calling during the day if you can. If you need any further help do DM us.

@FluxHelpdesk hi a quick suggestion, please teach your customer service phone operators to listen and not keep interrupting when people are speaking. I just renewed my policy but had something I needed to say. Kept getting talked over. Very rude. Gave up!

Why no emails/messages to policy holders ?
Why simply 'cancel' policies leaving goodness knows how many uninsured ?

My son had a policy on the wife's car to enable him to learn to drive.
He has passed his test and rightly contacted you to let you know so he wasn't breaking the law.
The policy was £25 a month, so why is it you charge him almost £100 to cancel

@FluxHelpdesk my daughter has paid over £1600 for blackbox insurance, she is being threatened with cancellation of her (fully paid) policy due to the box not being charged whilst she is in Cyprus and the car is parked outside her home address. This is not the first time
