@FluxHelpdesk what is wrong with your customer service team. Every time I call I have to wait an hour or more for your team to answer. Is there even anyone manning the phones in your office this week?

@FluxHelpdesk That’s 30mins so far I’ve been waiting!! Simply not good enough. If I’m kept waiting much longer I’m cancelling my policy and never using @adrianflux again! Such a poor service!
