Almost every Black Dem that votes in November will vote for the Dem nominee. Just because some loud big-mouth accounts on Twitter say otherwise doesn’t mean it is reflective of anything. Remember, most voters are not on Twitter and are not reading nor care about Twitter drama.

An ICE agent fatally shot a U.S. citizen, 23-year-old Ruben Ray Martinez, in March 2025 after he did not exit his vehicle during a late-night traffic encounter. We honor Ruben’s memory and demand transparency, accountability, and justice. Rest in power, Ruben Ray Martinez.

UPDATE: Flight operations at Newark Airport are resuming with planes now taking off and landing. - A passenger aboard JetBlue Flight 543 told Kol Haolam that about 10 minutes after takeoff, smoke began filling the cabin, followed by a loud pop that the passenger believed came from one of the engines. - Flight attendants rushed through the cabin with fire extinguishers, opening overhead compartments amid concerns that a battery may have exploded. - The plane safely returned to Newark Airport, but while on the tarmac it began filling with heavy smoke, prompting passengers and crew to quickly evacuate using emergency slides.

While I don’t know the details, I want to applaud the crew for safely evacuating the aircraft.

Smoke filling a cabin is completely unsafe. This is unacceptable and puts the health and safety of everyone onboard at risk.

Transparency about this is necessary. This is an odd response to go from no flights for 10 days to resuming normal operations.

This is a truly unprecedented event with no notice. This will undoubtedly cause disruption to domestic air travel and essentially cut off El Paso. While safety is always a top priority, the American people deserve to know what security concerns would cause such a response.

🚨 The highly consequential decision by FAA to shut down the El Paso Airport for 10 days is unprecedented and has resulted in significant concern within the community.
