Higher average iodine intake than almost any other country in the world bc of all the seaweed they eat. This is vital for good thyroid function. Also, much of their drinking water is enriched with Vanadium from the Mt. Fuji basalt layer. This helps improve glucose control, likely lowering appetite and making the Japanese much more universally weight stable than Americans. From what I understand they aren’t poisoning their food supply either like we do here.

Japan doesn’t “looksmax” they just exist with clear skin, all lean, put together without trying. can’t tell if these people are 25 or 45 they all are the same. meanwhile the US needs a 12-step skincare routine, peptides, GLP’s, etc… what are they doing over there?

No, I'm talking about something entirely different than the usual stereotypes. Look at the rural counties in IN, OH, MO, KY and TN. Contrast to IA, KS, NE, SD & ND. Their rural counties are losing population, we are flat to slightly gaining. That is NOT laptop warrior or CA 1/

Space travel will mimic modern life on Earth and this highlights why politicians are creating the modern life on Earth as their test case for the MARS stress test for the Noetherian Symmetry of life, and the NASA data confirms my suspicion: Space is a Deuterium Trap. 1. The Evidence: SANS (The "Heavy Head" Syndrome) The Symptom: Astronauts lose their vision because their optic nerves swell, and their eyeballs flatten. People with myopia do to on EarthNASA has already identified the "crime scene" evidence for my theory. It is called SANS (Spaceflight Associated Neuro-ocular Syndrome). The Cause (Standard Model): Fluid shifts headward because there is no gravity to pull it down. The Cause (My Model): Without Gravity (g), the "Deuterium Centrifuge" of the body stops. The "heavy water" (D2O), which is normally pulled down by gravity or pumped out by the hydrostatic pressure of the heart, pools in the ventricular floor and the optic nerve sheath. The Result: The optic nerve is literally "drowning" in heavy fluid that cannot flow. The "sump pump" is broken because The Problem: On Earth, we are creating a "Space-Like" environment. Long Covid is one such disease that mimics it.2. The "Diver on Earth" Necessity. My statement that "everyone might have to become a certified diver" is the precise solution to the "Terrestrial Astronaut" problem. Sedentary Life = "Microgravity" for the lymphatic system (no flow). nnEMF/Blue Light = "Cosmic Radiation" that destroys Melanin. The Solution: Since we have broken the Light (Software) and the Gravity (Flow), we must use Pressure (The Dive) to force the system to work. The Dive artificially recreates the "Deuterium Centrifuge." The external pressure (P)  squeezes the heavy isotopes out of the hydration shells of the proteins, just like ringing out a wet sponge. The Solution: Use Pressure (P) to mechanically squeeze out the Deuterium "sludge," while withholding the Oxygen until the Spin State is shielded by melanin. The Future of Human Habitation: The Chiral ChamberIf humans want to survive on Mars (or a "Tech-Wrecked" Earth), we cannot just build "rooms"; we must build External Wombs that enforce the physics our environment no longer provides. 3. The "Hibernation" Defense (Torpor)NASA is actively researching Synthetic Torpor (hibernation) for deep space transit. The Physics: By lowering the body temperature (Cold Thermogenesis), you reduce the metabolic rate by up to 75%. The Why: This isn't just to save food. It is to minimize the Action Integral.Radiation Shield: A "cooled" metabolic state protects the DNA and Melanin from radiation damage. When the "fab plant" is running slow (low temp), it makes fewer mistakes, and the "heavy water" does less damage because the motors aren't spinning as fast. 4. The "Diver" Protocol for the Surface Since we cannot all live in pods yet, the "Diver" Protocol is the manual override to buy those with illness time:The Act: Scuba diving with other gases infused is likely better than Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). The Mechanism: We are using Henry's Law to force Oxygen into the tissues and displace the Deuterium. You are mechanically "flushing" the ventricular floor that gravity can no longer clear due to the "sludge" of modern life.If one uses Henry's Law to do this with a Warburg shift astronauts or people on Earth using HBOT to push the deuterium out will be riddled with cancers. The "Matrix Pod" shouldn't be just a pressure vessel; it is a Spin-Shielded Hydrostatic Chamber. My decentralized insight is precise: If oxygen is the fuel; Pressure is the broom. In a high-nnEMF environment (modern Earth or Space), the "Bad Light" (electromagnetic noise) corrupts the Spin State of the oxygen electrons via the Radical Pair Mechanism. If you flood a "noisy" system with oxygen (HBOT), you fuel a fire that burns with "Incoherent ROS", reactive species that damage tissue instead of signaling repair---> inspirehep.net/files/cdb9fc4c… 5. Layer 3: The Physics of "Incoherent ROS" The Radical Pair Mechanism (The Quantum Glitch) Oxygen metabolism naturally produces ROS (Superoxide). In a healthy magnetic field on Earth, these radical pairs oscillate between Singlet (S) and Triplet (T) states in a rhythm controlled by the local magnetic environment. The Coherent Signal: Cells use this oscillation to time chemical reactions. The Incoherent Error: nnEMF (Radio Frequency/Wi-Fi) acts as a magnetic "jammer." It decouples the hyperfine interactions, forcing the radical pairs into the wrong spin state ( locking them in Triplet). The Result: The ROS bypasses the enzymatic filters (SOD/Catalase) and becomes a "wild" free radical. This is "Incoherent ROS" that creates incoherent UPEs which lead to human diseases. --->  frontiersin.org/journals/quant… The "Pressure-Only" Purge (HBAT / Hydrostatic) By using Pressure (2–3 ATA) with Normal Air (21% O2) or Liquid Immersion, we can achieve the "Deuterium Centrifuge" effect without adding the "Fuel" for the incoherent fire that breds destrucutve UPEs. Mechanical Detox: The pressure physically displaces the larger D2O molecules from the hydration shells of proteins (Henry’s Law). Metabolic Safety: Because you aren't flooding the system with 100% Oxygen, the mitochondria aren't forced to process a massive electron load while their "spin software" is scrambled by nnEMF----> repository.fit.edu/bces_faculty/3…. 6. The "Archean" Conclusion Modern life is returning to the Archean Ocean. Space: To survive the void, we must build "oceanic conditions" (Pressure + Fluid shielding) inside our ships. Earth: To survive the "tech void," we must return to the water (Diving) to reset our physics. The "Pod" in the image is not a prison; it is a modern Lifeboat for nnEMF abuse. It is the only place where the Light, Pressure, and Cold can be strictly controlled to maintain the Chiral Symmetry that the open environment of the modern world is actively destroying.

Imagine getting nuzzled by that gargantuan schnozz in the middle of the night, a limp manicured hand reaching out through under your arm and rubbing your bare chest with the trained motions of a courteous prostitute. A simulation of intimate desire from an unfeeling scab. Morning light through a kitchen window. Sallow dumpy ass squeezed into discount leggings, bare feet with wrinkled long toes, tilting up to reach for a tub of peanut butter. Two different flavors of Oreos in the pantry. A metal minimalist cross on the wall is paired with an "All things through Christ" quote in TJMaxx cursive. She squints at you through the dead eyes of a Saharan rug salesman while her toothy gummy smile stretches wide in a rehearsed fashion. Pictures on the walls with open mouth smiles. Haggard bare shinned kayak vacations and trips to Disney. A television in the living room cuts to commercial break, uttering "the past" in some product quote, only to trigger a vivid flashback in both of you. In your memories, youth pastor guitar sing-a-long. Donuts at the Wednesday night church meetup. Veggie Tales and Iron Giant on VHS. $15 sheet cake from the grocery store. Baseball practice. Hot dog barbecue. Getting yelled at for reading Eragon and feeling guilty about it. Mentally retarded golden retriever. Football tossed in the back yard. Spaghetti night. Only Wii Sports resort and music rhythm games allowed. Your first beer at 24. In her memories, blackout drunk rape bait. Getting fingered by her cousin at a Bat Mitzvah and liking it. Jello shots, mischling anal. Jean skirts and rattan wedges. Parents divorcing. Xanax. Coke. Alcohol. Cigarettes. The taste of spit in her mouth. Sucking dick for benzos. Psychiatric ward. Getting molested. Aesthetic "suicide attempt". Black boyfriend. Hanging out with black people. Keeping Up With The Kardashians playing on the TV while she passes out on Xanax. Scrolling through nose surgery before/after shorts on cocaine. Waitress - stripper - RN pathway. Every moment between the two of you is a pregnant pause and an awkward silence that gets filtered in your mind as the natural idiosyncrasies of any relationship. To you, anything is everything and is forever always. All is normal and all is good because there has never been anything else. You are a suppliant little slaughterhouse cattle being eaten alive while simultaneously rejuvenating your own flesh through sheer ignorant pleasance. Even when attacked by the overwhelming scorn of reality, you concoct fantastical martyrdoms to uphold your ego. It's not only not a problem your wife is ran through, it's your DUTY to be married to her. The instinctual discomfort you smother to death before it can even boil into jealous rage is simply your cross to bear. The more she has defiled herself, the more God rewards your forgiveness. All of it is upheld by the barest promise of guilt and shame on her behalf, a golem's inscription keeping you in a state of righteous indignation. Even as you subconsciously acknowledge the stark embarrassment of your circumstances through a Twitter confessional, you close your eyes and open your arms waiting to receive the onslaught. You know your love can weather anything and your Titanic heads directly for the iceberg as proof of resilience All the while she reads the gospel and writes in her shame journal. She has absolutely no fear of where her relationship is headed, not even in the depths of her husband's hubris. Every ounce of exposure to her shameful past only nestles further in the direction of the barbs her conscious defense mechanism has developed. There are no thoughts in her mind, no feelings in her heart. Unlike the cuckhold's rage fantasy, she actually doesn't think about other men or wish to be filled any deeper than what you can muster. She's not satisfied or unsatisfied, she's not anything. She has evaporated her conscious thought and is in a state of cosmic slumber. You tell her the name Jesus Christ and her material carcass repeats back "Praise Be" in Pavlovian reflex but there is no image in her mind, no stirring in her heart. She just latches onto you at night, pressing her palms on your chest and her chest against your back. A little fleshy backpack parasite, siphoning the childlike energy from you as you become an emaciated husk propelled by the performative signalling of your own relationship. You are essentially a married eunuch, a posterboy for being God's little garbage man. An ancient Roman slurry sluice to collect society's rejects, unwanteds, and scumbags. You are the grease that gets crushed and squeezed between the gears of civilization to keep society running in relative peace.

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

America led the world in height for most of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Then Northern Europeans caught up. Then overtook. The US height plateau began around the same period that ultra-processed food became the dominant caloric source. Coincidence is doing a lot of work here. By 2018, ultra-processed food accounted for 57% of American caloric intake. In the same period, consumption of whole foods, including meat and dairy, declined. The Dutch are still growing taller on their dairy and meat heavy diet. The Koreans are still growing on animal protein. Americans have swapped steak for snack pouches. The height data noticed.
Sama Hoole@SamaHoole

China's 18-year-old males are now the same height as American 18-year-olds. Let that sentence sit for a moment. In 1985, the average Chinese boy was measurably shorter. Not marginally: substantially. The gap was the kind you could see in a crowd, feel at a doorframe, read in a population chart without squinting. Between 1985 and 2019, Chinese men experienced the largest height increase of any nation studied. Boys aged 7 to 18 grew an average of 7.6 centimetres in three decades. What happened in China between 1985 and 2019? Economic reforms. Rapid urbanisation. And a diet that shifted, quite deliberately and measurably, toward more animal protein. More meat. More dairy. More eggs. The traditional diet was rice-dominant: and rice protein, it turns out, is negatively correlated with height across populations. When Chinese families got wealthier, they bought steak. Their children grew. This isn't a coincidence. It's a controlled experiment that 1.4 billion people ran on themselves over thirty-five years. And their children are now eye-level with Americans.

If you genuinely believe a skinless chicken breast is healthier than a Wagyu steak, your ancestors are watching you from wherever they are and they are not proud. These are people who spent three days cracking open a mammoth femur to get the marrow out. Who rendered every scrap of fat from a kill because fat was survival. Who ate brain, liver, heart and kidney not because they were adventurous but because those were the good parts and you did not waste the good parts. They hunted for the fattiest animal on the plain. When they got it, they fought over the organ meats before the muscle was even divided. The lean cuts went last. And you, with all of recorded history, all of nutritional biochemistry, all of the accumulated wisdom of thirty thousand years of humans eating animals, have decided that the watery white muscle of a bird that never moved is the pinnacle of human nutrition. You are standing on the shoulders of giants. The giants are begging you to eat the fat.
