@AwakenedOutlaw RU-486 - abortion drug. Did nobody get the implication? Are You For - 86. If that doesn't raise any objections why should 86 46?

RE: The term 86'ing someone. Putting aside for a moment that yes, to '86' someone does mean throwing them out of an establishment like a bar. But that's not the point. What is the point is that in the criminal sense (think: underworld, mob, law enforcement, military, or espionage circles), it's widely understood to be a term for violent elimination (killing or disposing of a target). Mind you, James Comey was the Director of the freaking FBI. Don't try to gaslight us into thinking he wasn't aware of as much, b/c it's impossible he didn't know full well EXACTLY what the term implies.

I would like to see the next step being the elimination of all property tax. A straight up sales tax on rental payments instead. I have commercial property that keeps increasing in value according to the state but the amount I can rent it for is decreasing. Same problem, at some point, five years from now, I will sell as it is no longer profitable. Take a loss on paper. The new owner will start the cycle at a lower basis and the cycle starts over again. This would get rid of all the corrupt infrastructure around property tax. Texas AG has lawsuits going regarding the corruption in the system.

“But if you get rid of property taxes on primary residences, you’ll have to raise sales taxes!” So what? A consumption tax is always preferable to the state de facto owning your home.

@Buz207 @Her_Nonymous_D Easy enough to take everything out but $10. Same effect. Making both parties sign protects the bank not the joint holders.

My time working in banking changed how I think about money in relationships. One call in particular never left me. A man called in to close a joint account. It was straightforward. He answered the security questions, confirmed his request, and within minutes, the account was closed. Just another routine interaction. Less than 15 minutes later, my phone rang again. This time, it was a woman. Calm at first, but confused. Her card had just been declined, and she was trying to figure out why. Because of how the calls routed, I ended up speaking to both of them that day. I pulled up the account and had to tell her it had been closed. She paused. Then said, “What do you mean? That’s my account.” And that’s the moment it shifted. I explained, as gently as I could, that it was a joint account. Either party has the authority to close it. No extra permission needed. What I couldn’t tell her was the part that made it worse. He had already transferred…

@organist1022 @ImMeme0 We got rid of phonics and went to “see and say” along with “figure out the meaning of the word from the context of the sentence” instead of using a dictionary. This is our reward.

@ImMeme0 He's just highlighted the two most common forms of functional illiteracy: 1) Some students can barely read at all, or phonetically sound out text. 2) Some are decent readers, but have no clue as to the meaning of the text. Spoken from experience.

And it’s usually only for homestead exempted properties. Investment properties and commercial would still have property taxes. Offsetting a 0 property tax bill for homestead exempted properties with a sales tax is the easiest layup that policy makers could perform. Yet only FL and Texas are seriously considering it

@xminosi @dantypo I see where you are going and agree. We used to do internships but the DOL changed the rules in 2018 and the risks outweighed any advantages.

Internships have gotten complicated. Usually not worth the effort. Plus if you hire them after the internship you could be liable for back wages. For-profit private sector employers must pay interns at least the federal minimum wage ($7.25/hour) and overtime (1.5x rate for hours over 40/week) unless the intern is not considered an employee.dol.gov Unpaid internships are allowed only if the intern is the "primary beneficiary" of the relationship (i.e., it’s primarily educational/training for them, not free labor for the employer). Courts and the DOL use a flexible "primary beneficiary test" with seven non-exhaustive factors (no single one is decisive; weigh them together based on the specific facts): Laws can evolve, and specifics depend on your state, industry, and situation—consult the DOL, a state agency, or an employment attorney for tailored advice. This is not legal advice.Clear understanding (by both parties) that there is no expectation of compensation. The internship provides training similar to an educational environment (e.g., hands-on learning like in school). The internship is tied to the intern’s formal education (e.g., academic credit or integrated coursework). It aligns with the academic calendar. The duration is limited to the period of beneficial learning. The intern’s work complements (rather than displaces) paid employees, while providing significant educational benefits. No entitlement to a paid job at the end. If the analysis shows the employer is the primary beneficiary, the intern is an employee and must be paid (with back wages possible if misclassified).ogletree.com Paid interns are treated as employees and receive FLSA protections (minimum wage, overtime, etc.), plus any applicable state rules.Special Cases Public sector (government) and nonprofit charitable organizations: Unpaid internships are generally permissible if the intern volunteers without expectation of pay.dol.govOther laws: Interns (paid or unpaid) are often protected by anti-discrimination laws (e.g., Title VII), harassment rules, and other employment statutes. Child labor laws may apply to minors. State VariationsMany states follow the FLSA but some have stricter rules (e.g., additional requirements for unpaid internships in New York or California). Always check your state's Department of Labor for specifics, as they can impose higher minimum wages, extra protections, or documentation needs.natlawreview.comBest Practices for EmployersUse a written agreement outlining expectations, educational goals, no compensation (if unpaid), and duration. Design programs around learning/supervision rather than routine work. Consult legal counsel, as misclassification can lead to lawsuits, back pay, and penalties. For the most authoritative source, review the DOL's Fact Sheet #71 directly.dol.gov 3 web pages📷📷📷 Explain Primary Beneficiary Test Intern Rights Protections Think Harder

Still OF. One common example is men creating and managing fully AI-generated female personas (virtual models) for OnlyFans or similar platforms like Fanvue. This is a growing trend driven by male creators (often anonymous or in small teams), as female-presenting AI content tends to attract a larger paying audience in the adult space. They use AI image/video generators to produce photos, videos, and even chat responses, while the real person behind it handles verification, promotion, and monetization. Real-World Cases • British creators “Karl” and “Tony” (early 20s): They built an AI woman named “Grace” and similar personas. They generate pornographic content with her likeness and sell subscriptions on OnlyFans-style platforms. They reportedly earn thousands per month across multiple accounts and even sell guides on how to replicate it. This is part of underground communities (e.g., Telegram groups with 10k+ mostly male members) focused on AI adult personas. • University student creator of Hailey Lopez: A guy who experimented with Stable Diffusion to make an AI model. He spends a few hours daily generating content and chatting with ~150 paying subscribers, pulling in $2,500–$4,000/month. He discloses it’s AI-generated and treats it as a hobby-turned-business.

Bret Weinstein’s analysis of the 80 Ivermectin court cases reveals a mind blowing statistic. In the 40 cases where Ivermectin was permitted, 38 survived. In the 40 cases where it was not, 38 died. Using a standard statistical formula, the chances that Ivermectin had no impact are roughly 1 in 20 quadrillion. Yet, we were denied this treatment. This is one of the biggest medical tragedies in modern history!

Is an insult the words thrown at you? Or is it really you having an emotional response to the energy behind those words? In my way of thinking, it's the latter, so i can easily say that i have never been insulted online. Even retarded corey goode is incapable of insulting me.
