Those who are angry about this are admitting something: they want to indoctrinate children.
Same thing happened when ppl were mad at Smith’s trans surgery ban for minors: TRAs screamed that it was a horrible law but also insisted no such surgeries were even happening. Mmhmm.

Our students and educators need to be safe in the classroom. We will be strengthening the Education Act to protect them from incidents of violence and aggression with clear standards and expectations. School boards will be held accountable if those standards are not followed.

I was suspended in 2023 for calling out a man in my powerlifting federation who by the way still holds records in Alberta. (Same man made fun of women for being weak and made death threats to myself and Premier Danielle Smith) I refused to use pronouns and call him a woman on the Piers Morgan show and that is what got me suspended here in Canada.

Just about 2 1/2 years ago, this doctor convinced my wife to have a total hysterectomy based off of MRI results and he said her uterus was destroyed by lesions, even drew a picture of her uterus and a bunch of lesions on it. In his notes and the pathology report it was stated her uterus was perfectly healthy, yet he still took it out. When we had the MRI re-looked at after the fact, there was no signs of the lesions he told my wife were there. We have a 19 minute long recording from the two week follow up where he admits to doing wrong, including withholding information and options. We had a law firm lined up and New York State Department of Health look like they were going be cracking down on him. However, shortly after he transitioned in the beginning of last year, New York State dropped the case. It took local politicians to get it reopened. Please help me share the story because hundreds of thousands of women have unnecessary hysterectomies every single year. It’s a multi billion dollar industry.

The Star is claiming that the "information included" in Ms. Rushowy's reporting "was obtained independently and verified by the Star reporter – a senior reporter specializing in provincial education."
Please, do share how you obtained the information independently, Ms Roshowy. I am very curious seeing as the material, dated December last year, was in my files for many weeks before I decided to publish it.
If your "ministry source" provided the information, as you say, that source still obtained it from me. The lightest of research would have revealed that to you.
Journalistic standard require you to cite the original source of information. You have failed to cite the original source. Me.
As a taxpayer, I expect higher professional and ethical standards from government-funded journalists.
I expect a correction, citation, and apology.
