The easiest way is to put in a puppet retired senior officer, to do their bidding and pretend independence. @JohnHealey_MP do not fall for it. @CommonsDefence time to monitor. #forewarned

@DefenceHQ If the new AF commissioner is a retired Senior Officer then @JohnHealey_MP @AlistairCarns you have got this wrong and it is merely a tick box exercise - it must be someone independent of thought and influence else it will have no effect !!

Typical Friday afternoon briefing - no detail so the perpetrators get away with a slap on the wrists whilst the victims have lost their careers and had their lives destroyed - this is the Red Arrows all over again - no justice, no lessons actually learned - it will happen all over again!!
