@_BryanPowell_ I think it's because by calling yourself an ultra runner, you're removing yourself from the more competitive part of the sport. So then you'll look better than you actually are. The best runners in the world don't run ultras 😁

Years ago I suggested investing in cans of tuna. Why? Because tuna is a derivative of diesel. TuckerCarlson just reported diesel supplies gone. Went to Safeway bought tuna 5 cans for $1. Stock up. Next lines not at gas stations. Next lines at grocery stores. Diesel feeds world.

@modgson @RD_murray @runwithcuan @adamlipschitz Seems to me he actually considered it to be the National SA 5km road record not just his PB. Didn't say unofficial or anything. I mean that's pretty bold! Especially for a pro who knows how records work.

@RD_murray @runwithcuan @adamlipschitz Why are people questioning this? Jealousy? What incentive does Rich have to post a ‘false’ time? If he ran 5k in sub-14, wonderful! If not, who cares?! It’s not official. He ran a cracking time on a course that he measured in good faith, and he considers that to be his PB. End.
