@GBNEWS The car had done 20,000 miles, and I have had to pay for a replacement vehicle as I was unable to drive the hire car. I've had to borrow money to buy the replacement car and had been counting on using my pip to pay it back. Now I am trapped

@GBNEWS I had been with motability just over 3 years and was on an extended lease when my clutch went in February. Motability have refused to pay for the part so it is still at the garage. Keys have been handed back but they are still taking my pip till it's fixed

@motaclarity I returned mine after 3 years, motability have had it since February and are refusing to repair the clutch , they have the car. They are still taking my money and saying I can't have it back until the car is fixed. So I am paying £320 every 4 weeks to these fon artist

@MotabilityOps My car was on an extended lease they have had it since February and refused to repair it. Surely they cannot continue to take my pip when I don't have the car. I couldn't drive the hire car so had to invest in my own car.
