@MAS @MAS @Qantas A request to all Indians. In case you ever have an option of choosing airlines (In Asia or anywhere else), then please keep Malaysia airlines & Qantas as last possible options. Even skip traveling, if they the only options. More so when flying business class.

@MAS This is absurd. You promise a business class. Then out of 10 facilities, you can provide only 6. And when customer asks for refund, you show them a banana of Enrich points or MH Gift card of minimum value. Height of mismanagement.

Business Class experience. After 14 days of complaining. @MAS - Took a flight from Kuala Lampur to Sydney. Seat not reclining & electonice not working. Made complaint. Asked to take 8000 Enrich points & shut up. No other ways of refund.

@UberIN_Support I get your point, that if the distance taken & time is higher, then maybe the reservation fee can be higher. But, it can’t be as high as 40% of the total fare. That is absurd, and why don’t you show the same, when booking the cab in front UI (but you rather show the total cost).

@Uber Has your organization lost it. Earlier you used to charge Rs. 120/- as booking fee (which was already excessive- like almost 20% of the ride), then cancelled it, and now put it as Rs. 199/-, which is like 40% of the ride. How do you even justify this?

@MAS No idea, why you want me to keep reverting on mail (where the issue is closed, stating I can get refund only via Enrich points - and that too, of limited 5% value). I have got to know, how you treat your business customers, when they complain about promised services not provided.

@MAS Hi Team. I think, I have multiple times told you, that am not looking to get any kind of refunds with Enrich points. And that too of an amount like $90-100. If you can give refund via any other channel (and the right amount), then only ask your team to touch base with me.

@MAS Your response is of generic nature. Business seat reclining feature not working, along with electronics. For this we pay around $2000, and when it doesn’t function, you plan to give $90-100 via Enrich points. And you call yourself world class.

Also the case was never under review. You just wanted to shut me up, using your standard policy of offering some ‘enrich points to the dissatisfied customer’. But sadly, that is never going to happen. And I will tell the whole Indian public, what kind of airline you have & the services, that you provide.

Don’t fool anyone. There is no sincerity in your apology. You know that a service for which I had paid (business class) was not provided to me in full (issues with electronics & seat reclining). And now when the turn comes to refund - all you can offer is 8000 Enrich points. Which is not even 100 USD, when the booking cost was more than 2000 USD. Not the airline, that I would suggest anyone to travel with.

@Qantas - Took a flight from Sydney to Bangalore. First three options of food not provided. Made complaint. Asked to take 10,000 Qantas points & shut up. No other ways of refund. Such sham experience. And hopeless customer service & support. All they say is sorry, for the trouble & bad experience.

@Qantas Took one flight of yours from Sydney to Bangalore on 19th Apr (Business Class) with PNR - 9J7LJX and the crew said my 1st and 2nd choice option of food, are not available (and I will have to do with what is remaining), while other nation citizens were getting the same dishes. Is this because, we are Indians? What is the point of paying much for business class, if even the food is not as per your liking? (And you have to manage with 3rd/4th available dishes in the menu).

@Qantas This is the kind of reply, that you send it to your customers (who fly business class by paying 2-3X of the competitor rates, and then you don’t have their 1nd & 2nd choice of meals available)? Not even a word about partial refund, when you have not provided any service.
