What fuels anger by any fan base is very simple: Fans are conditioned to think that players' talents are determined by the order given them by 5 to 10 national draftniks. @WallStreetMav You will need a recession to see conventional rates at 4%. But assuming a credit score of over 740 and a 30% you might be able to find interest rates in the mid 5s after Hormuz is open.

The real estate market is broken with mortgage rates above 6%. I was looking at houses and moving ... but when you do the math, it is crazy to give up my 3.9% mortgage and move to another area and do a 6.3% mortgage. But then if I wait until rates are back near 4%, house prices will likely skyrocket with cheaper money. Tough decision ...
