@CryptoMichNL What's the narrative for spx ath? None. Still managed to do that

What narrative will bring #Bitcoin to $100K? There doesn't need to be a narrative that pushes the price upwards. Price moves upwards, and the narrative will create itself. At this point, it doesn't feel like there's ever a narrative again that will be moving the needle for anything within #Crypto, as there are many other sectors taking the spotlight. The vice versa, money is flowing into AI, but given that the hype has accelerated massively within that sector, there's not one person thinking of a potential correction to happen in that bubble. That's just how markets work. The future is digital. The future is in scarce assets and Bitcoin has historically (since existence) been the best performing inflation hedge on Earth. If there are any windows in between that it doesn't move as it should, means that there's a catch-up ready to happen. That's why simply using math, statistics and logic is required in order to succeed and that's why these regions on Bitcoin are still good for accumulation.

Today we learned a new word. “Sprezzatura”. It’s Italian for “studied carelessness.” Did you guys know this word? What other cool cultural words are there that many people don’t know about?

This is my 3rd week as VP of Engineering DeFi at @Polymarket , and I'm going to be straight: the traction @Polymarket has seen has massively outpaced our infrastructure, and we haven't done nearly enough to scale to keep up. I hear you, and fixing this is our entire focus. We're a major company now, and we need to engineer like one. Here's exactly what we're doing: - Onchain data latency. We're working on making this near-instant so the experience is incredible. - Chain migration. We need more block space, cheaper gas and much smaller block times so settlement is instant. - Transactions are getting cancelled. We understand this is one of the most frustrating issues right now, and we have a complete fix coming very soon. - Massive focus on the website to make it faster, more responsive, and with better UX. - We added observability everywhere. Proper alerting so we catch issues ourselves, market makers should not be the ones telling us something is down. That's been unacceptable, and we know it. - E2e tests throughout, starting with the CLOB, so issues get caught in CI before anything ships. - CLOBv2 is not a rewrite. It won't improve performance or stability on its own; it's an upgrade that unlocks us to move fast right after. We'll do better with communication next time. - We are rebuilding the CLOB from the ground up. Most important thing we're doing. Without it, we can't be the best DeFi exchange in the world. We know it, we're on it, it's mission critical. - Unified TypeScript SDK for all APIs, which is shipping soon. - Unified API. One WS connection for everything, with a schema that's actually readable. - New Polymarket contract in the works that unlocks things that are simply impossible on the current protocol. - New hires: Head of QA Automation, Head of Dev Tooling, Head of Internal Tooling, Head of Data Engineering. - Smaller, dedicated teams. Fewer focus points per person, clearer ownership. People do what they're good at and are accountable for it. - Working closely with customer support to give them real debugging tools so any user issue gets properly diagnosed, not lost. - Proper communication with marketing and market makers so everyone knows what's coming and when, and MM can submit feature requests with a clear path to get them into engineering and shipped. - Working with 4 security teams daily to ensure we're super secure and that funds are always safe. - Perps incoming. Brand new contracts and a backend built from scratch in Rust. We're proud of this one. - A lot of other fixes are running in parallel right now. Starting next Friday, I will be posting weekly engineering updates. I joined because I genuinely believe in what @Polymarket is trying to do. @shayne_coplan built this so the world has somewhere to go to find out what's actually going to happen, not what the media thinks, not what a pundit says, but what thousands of people are willing to put money on. But right now, our engineering isn't living up to that. We've let people down, and I'm not going to dress that up. I came here to fix it, and that's exactly what we're going to do. The next few months are going to speak for themselves. Stay with us.

A lot of the #Altcoins look like this. Massive destruction since 2024, and 2025 was a full bear market year. However, the correction downwards has slowed down and many of them have been accumulating for the past few months. One of them is $OP. I'm still holding this in my portfolio and I'm not planning to be selling the position at all. I think it's actually due for upwards momentum from here. You'd rather want to buy the asset when nobody expects it to do well, than when it's the talk of the town. This is also where the DCA principle comes in. I've been adding assets over the course of the past month, which lowers my average buy and therefore, I'm quicker back into profits than when I was simply going to be holding the entire stack.

The only two cold storage wallets I use for $KAS right now is Ledger with Kasvault (Do not use ledger live if you care about privacy) and Tangem. With Tangem never use the seed phrase option. You only reduce your security. Private keys were leaked once in the past for people who opted in for seed phrase. This alone means you should never trust generating a seed phrase. If you do not want to be seedless do not use tangem full stop. Use something else. Diversifying wallets is good. Always test transactions before sending. Check your wallets monthly to ensure access. NEVER store your seed phrase online, a screenshot, the cloud, a note app. Always write it down on paper.

Doesn’t matter. In a post-subsidy world (which kaspa is barreling towards faster than Bitcoin due to its expedited issuance curve) only miners who can see most of the transactions waiting in the mempool will be able to compete for those fees and because of the extremely high throughput it’ll likely only be a few super well connected nodes making these optimized templates which all of the miners will reference.

It seems that I made a more of a mathy audience due to all the silly EML convo, so I'll take this opportunity to share one of my favorite puzzles. We are playing the following game: I'm writing two numbers on two pieces of paper. They could be any real numbers as long as they are different. I place them on the table face down. You choose one of the notes and look at the number, and then you need to tell me whether this number is smaller or larger than the other. Propose a strategy that wins with a probability higher than 50%.

Kaspa Stock-to-Flow model currently points to a price of $0.1568. For context: • Stock-to-Flow (S2F): 53.9 • Model Price: $0.1568 Stock-to-Flow measures scarcity by comparing the existing supply (“stock”) to the amount of new coins entering circulation each year (“flow”). The higher the number, the more scarce the asset becomes.

$KAS is doomed part 2 of 5,000. No I won't shut up, no I won't delete this, no I don't care if you follow me into other threads, no I don't care if you DM me, or dog pile me. The fact that you're so afraid of a tiny 400 follower account telling people that $KAS is a slow rug is more than enough proof for me to continue talking about it. Not a single member of the Kasshole brigade has offered a single explanation as to how they plan on dealing with the fact that within 3 to 4 years the daily rewards will be so microscopically small that running a miner on nearly free electricity won't even cover their baseline operational and maintenance costs. When I called out $KAS, what was the most hilarious thing to me was that instead of defending the fact that their token is structurally flawed, so many of them used whataboutism to attack Bitcoin, and proof of work in general instead. A running theme was that all PoW tokens will fail, $BTC will just fail further in the future than $KAS. Putting aside how absurd I think those claims are, if you think that PoW will eventually fail, why then, are you defending $KAS instead of attacking both $KAS AND $BTC? This is the cold hard truth of their users. Many of them know $KAS is a ticking timebomb, they honestly believe PoW does not work, and they are still here trying to pump their coin so they can offload their bags. It was jaw dropping to see just how many of them called me a hypocrite for calling out the network and the message seemed pretty clear to me. "PoW is going to fail and you're in the same position as us, so don't rock the boat" It's a toxic coin that most US brokers won't even list, full of toxic users with full bags and nowhere to go. Ignore their fake poll's and their astroturf campaigns, it's NGMI. See you in part 3.

So .. after months of grinding on X, even after getting monetised I could not get past the minimum payment threshold. Then in the last 2 weeks I started enquiring and posting about #kaspa $KAS after @realvijayk suggested. It turns out the engagement I got from Kaspa community is real and not bot driven. Today, I received my first payment and it means a lot to me. Consider this post as a tribute to the kaspa fam. More to follow …

Many #Crypto experts said proof of work can’t do smart contracts. On May 5th, #Kaspa ships native assets, programmable covenants, and ZK verification directly on L1. Testnet already live. 46 days until $KAS proves them wrong.

3 hours later I got 31 retweets and 1500 views between my two calls to action and there was only one other wallet that donated $KAS to these block explorers. @zachxbt was right, Kaspa is a poverty chain and we have no right to claim to be some amazing community if we can’t even come together as a community and donate to two block explorers that everyone depends on. It’s even more embarrassing given we are up 15% today…and ~$20 from a couple hundred people on here was too much to give to builders who are dedicating their time and resources building on Kaspa? Not gonna lie this is beyond embarrassing

Just approved two refunds on kasbridge-evm.kaspafoundation.org caused by payload bugs, reported by a wallet service provider. I recommend using @KasperiaWallet (which also supports @Igra_Labs). Though I am not a super fan of Igra, I do think it is the most comprehensive wallet for now and can allow #Kaspa holders do whatever things they want. Also, you can actually use @wallet or @BinanceWallet for @kasplex: x.com/oneforonehaha/… For mobile end, @BitgetWallet now supports @kasplex networka s well and Krokoswap.io will be supported very soon (in less than a week).
