Always on the hunt for collectibles. Where am I fan of? #WWE #Pokemona and a little #DBZ Have owned items since I was 4-5 years old and of course, the nostalgia is real in today's economic environment. The last 4-5 years, due to COVID, it all reignited. Do you feel the same?

@DividendBreeder @FreedomFinLB I am at 6.3% and got about 100K in home equity. I constantly debate, sell the house , move to an apartment, and 100% focus on the markets for the foreseeable future. Is that financially a bad idea?

If you have a mortgage with a 6.49% - are you paying extra towards principal? I do an extra 10% of my payment towards principal at that rate, as a hedge against stagnant interest rates and additional downside protection. Appreciate your thoughts and comments

I have decided I am going to full port into $MSTR (no Bitcoin will be harmed)

I have owned eBay $EBAY stock for some time, use their platform for both buying and selling. In addition, the stock goes well with my dividend growth portfolio. Gamestop $GME making a potential offer in a leveraged buyout situation may make sense from a platform integration standpoint, but dang, really hope it doesn't actually happen.

Depends how long you want to live there. There are tax advantages to a mortgage which can make the real rate less than what it actually is. There's nothing wrong with paying it off early if it makes you happier. Extra payments are just sitting in the house. Which isn't bad or wrong, it's just where you're choosing to put your money.

@FreedomFinLB I would for sure at that rate. I’m at 2.625% and I won’t, but anything above 5% I definitely would throw some extra cash at the principal.

@FreedomFinLB Me and my wife put between 200-300 extra towards the principle, $100 towards investing and the rest goes to once a year vacation cruises with saving, my mortgage rate is 6.1%
