@Freedom_24_7 @AaronMLong @JohnLeePettim13 Its use case (converting H2 back to usable energy) is so inefficient that it offsets any gains on energy density.
Pretty much anyone who’s ever tried confirmed the data. Thermodynamics don’t lie.

Hydrogen is the stupidest, most ridiculous, and most impossible energy alternative. It takes 5 to 10 times more energy than it returns. This has been known since 2004, yet hydrogen refuses to die.
It is far from renewable because it contains no energy at all—energy must be forced into it like a battery—and you lose even more when converting it back to electricity. It has the worst energy return of any alternative: far more energy goes in than you ever get back.
Consider the process: you first split hydrogen from natural gas or use far more energy to electrolyze it from water, then compress or liquefy it, build extremely expensive and short-lived steel containers and pipelines (since hydrogen embrittles them), and finally deliver it to virtually non-existent hydrogen vehicles. Fuel cell technology remains far from commercial.
It is also highly explosive. Hydrogen requires 12 times less energy to ignite than gasoline vapor, so the smallest spark or heat source can turn it into a bomb.

hydrogen Powered Car, 1,500 km range with a 5-second refill… sounds illegal.

@ibFluffyOG @BrentScher I think your account got hacked. Your profile says you loathe hatefulness and bigotry, but that comment was obviously written by a cowardly, hate-filled, bigoted, individual with little to no education or intelligence. I'd have X investigate.

It’s the Red Hen all over again.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the Arkansas governor, was having lunch with two mom friends near her kid's school in Little Rock. The owners asked her to leave because her politics made them feel unsafe. We have the details:

@RTGBTC1 @AaronMLong @JohnLeePettim13 It’s gravimetric energy density is 100 too 150 times greater than batteries.
Think.
English

@Freedom_24_7 @AaronMLong @JohnLeePettim13 Hydrogen cars use electricity to power the wheels. Why not simply put the electricity in the car directly?
Think.

@Crypto_Stash @BoringTrent China had the backing of many of our politicians who paved thae way for their prosperity at the cost of our manufacturing base.
Hopefully we’re moving away from those failures.
English

@BoringTrent China just plays the long game, they sit back, wait and improve. Slowly but surely they are creeping into industries we used dominate. They have influence in places we have stepped back from like east Africa
English

@AaronMLong @JohnLeePettim13 True, as long as there’s a middle man investors will be onboard.
English

@Freedom_24_7 @JohnLeePettim13 I'm not so cynical. If hydrogen infrastructure becomes practical, the company which makes the solar-powered hydrolysis compressors that fill fuel cells will make a fortune. The companies that make ATMs don't print currency, but they still make profits, if you take my meaning.
English

@AaronMLong @JohnLeePettim13 Plus I realize many industries don’t really want fuel that can anyone can produce. 🫤
English

@AaronMLong @JohnLeePettim13 Yeah, been hoping modern technology would improve on that.
English

@AaronMLong @JohnLeePettim13 Hydrogen may have some issues but you can make it with a solar panel and a bucket of water. 😂
English

@ChrisMartzWX Making the bill useless while giving congress a self proclaimed victory is incredibly stupid.
English

The SAVE Act, as much as I think that it is a reasonable bill, probably won’t pass the Senate. Most Democrats claim that they support Voter ID, but not the other stated provisions in the bill. Republicans would be smart to call their bluff and break the bill up into separate ones, then put each piece up for a vote individually.
English

@BorrisManville @TRHLofficial Rand is always finding arbitrary reasons to throw a shoe in the works.
English

@TRHLofficial Honestly think this makes Rand look incredibly weak. Demanding an apology for something that Mullins had nothing to do with and refusing to confirm a political appointment over this is pathetic on Rand’s part. This makes me lose respect for him.
English

@dilapidatedfar1 @KatieMiller You’re bs accusations have been debunked hundreds if not thousands of times yet here ya are. 😂
English

@KatieMiller Then why does the same standard not apply to Trump — who flew on Epstein's plane at least 8 times (more than previously known), partied with him for years, and has had multiple women accuse him of sexual misconduct with minors linked to Epstein?

DEPUTY AG TODD BLANCHE ON REID HOFFMAN:
Q. Is there evidence Reid Hoffman went to the island?
TODD BLANCHE: Yes. I believe he’s admitted that he went to the island.
Q. Is there documentation that shows underage women were also present at the island?
BLANCHE: At the same time as as any of those guys? Not that I'm aware of.
Q. Would you say that Hoffman is completely absolved of any wrongdoing?
BLANCHE: No. When it comes to the trafficking of underage women, there's no statute of limitation

@jimmy_dore You can’t inflate away debt without crushing the consumer. Flipside, helps the debtor as much as helps the federal debt. Owe $250,000 on a house? Live thru double digit inflation, wages will adjust eventually, house isn’t so expensive anymore.
English

Oh, so the war will only hurt REGULAR PEOPLE !?!?
Then he admits “that’s really the last of our concerns right now”
This is a country: Of The Oligarchs, By the Oligarchs & (most importantly) For The Oligarchs.
Right in your fucking face.
Power to the People ☭🕊@ProudSocialist
BREAKING: Trump economic adviser Kevin Hassett just said the quiet part out loud. “If the war were to be extended it wouldn't really disrupt the US economy at all. It would hurt consumers…but that's really the last of our concerns right now." They don’t care about us at all.
English

@jimmy_dore It’s been a country of oligarchs for 150 years at least.
But the propaganda told you it isn’t.
English

@Dragnmastralex_ @jackunheard My location is in the UK, but my VPN puts me in Albania and that#s what X sees. So no, it doesn't work like that.
English

Be honest…
Which country are you blocking first on X?
Jack@jackunheard
It’s happening. You will be able to filter replies by REGION and COUNTRY on X.

@bonchieredstate @NoVADeplorable @EWErickson If you wouldn’t send $1000 cash by mail you probably shouldn’t vote by mail.
English

@NoVADeplorable @EWErickson Weird that it works great in Florida.
But hey, option two it is.
English

Republicans should do this.
Start with voter ID and put it up for a vote. There's no rule that all legislation must be bloated and comprehensive.
Or Republicans can keep virtue signaling on Fox News about something that isn't going to pass. Either way.
U.S. Senator John Fetterman@SenFettermanPA
83% of Americans agree on voter ID. 71% of Democrats agree on voter ID. Keep it basic: PHOTO ID to vote. Stop turning this into a Christmas list and attacking vote-by-mail. If GOP wants real reform over a show vote––put out a clean, standalone bill and I’m AYE.
