We want to announce the passing away of Paul Hart on the 15th Jan 2024 age 64 - 6 months ago today. Some 7 months prior in June 2023, Paul was diagnosed with cancer, it was to be palliative stage 4, bowel + liver metastasis. Paul was brave and calm while he went through various curative treatments: Chemo/Immunotherapy; Chinese; & Keto diet. Plus various complications (mainly infections). He passed away at home, holding Sharon's (wife) hand, while humming along to church hymns played on the piano by his son Joe. A private family funeral was held on the 9th Feb 24. He was buried in his home village of Wymington, Bedfordshire. He was a baptised Christadelphian and believed in the resurrection and return of Jesus. @Freewheal I'd be curious to know your thoughts on sunflower lecithin. To me it seems to be a great source of phospholipids and a handy emulsifier.
