We used to say giving a path to citizenship would encourage more immigrants to cross the border illegally. But now that the border is walled and crossing are way down, here's my idea. Anyone (including dreamers) who can prove that they've been in the country for ten years and never broken a law should be given the "path". They're better candidates than anyone else.

Grok foundation model V9-Medium (1.5T) has finished training. Evals look good. A lot of Cursor data was added in supplementary training and there is more to come. Fine-tuning is underway and reinforcement learning begins in a few days. 2 to 3 weeks to public release. This will be a major improvement over the 0.5T v8-small that currently serves all Grok production traffic, especially for difficult coding tasks.

There aren't enough jobs for an unlimited number of foreigners to come here. Is it any wonder they turn to crime. What were democrats thinking when they opened the border. That was not something your democrat parents would have done. Change to Independent or Republican and break the chains.

@Tesla We 're at Big Bear Lake, CA (elevation 7,000 ft.) now. Our FSD/S Tesla drove us here from Redondo Beach (sea level) on Friday. We watched TV on our phone most of the way....actually, I listened and watched the road.
