@freshbooks After 20+ years as a customer, I’m disappointed by this outcome. No activity since March 2024, yet an $840 renewal was processed. I understand auto-renewals, but I would hope long-term loyalty and clear inactivity would merit at least a prorated adjustment.

I don't care how many hours it takes me to vibe code a working replacement, I'll gladly do it based on principle alone. Your pricing continues to increase, while the quality of your product remains the same. And for that reason, I'm out.

Another price increase for @freshbooks subscribers. One hike in 2024. Two in 2025. Now another in 2026, plus higher payment processing fees. I’m also hitting the client cap on my current plan, which means upgrading (again). I’m out. Time to build my own invoicing + payments app.

@freshbooks Why do I have get an email code every damn time I login to the site, or even open the app on MY phone? "Remember this device" is useless. And is it really not possible to create a recurring invoice in the app?

@freshbooks Why do you keep changing things without consulting your customers? I have like 5 client statements to send for 1099 reporting purposes. In the last 5 years, this took me literally 5 minutes. I've been here 30 minutes and I can't figure it out anymore. 😡
