@FreshatTBD @zeptocares - placed an order with two packs of high protein breads on 17th May, having expiry dates of 20th and 21st. Opened them today and found all the breads were rotten. Raised a ticket with zepto TKF548FEFDA6E but they don't see any issue. Images attached

ordered the Bakers Dozen from Amazon NOW and got mold invested cake @amazonIN @amazonnow @FreshatTBD reached out the bakers dozen on whatsapp no reply. My kid was about to eat it. Thank god I saw this at last moment

Found mold on a @FreshatTBD doughnut bought yesterday from Dmart, despite being a month from expiry. 😱 Thankfully, my elder son stopped his brother from eating it. Quality control & customer safety are paramount. @FreshatTBD, I need clarity on this incident.

@Paras_137 Hello @Paras_137, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The white spots visible on the cookies are sugar crystals that can naturally form after baking, not mold. The product remains safe for consumption.

@FreshatTBD I get same cookies with extra mold for extra flavor.

Another disappointing experience from @instamart_it! @FreshatTBD, see how @Swiggy is spoiling your brand and image in the market. I ordered high protein bread from Swiggy Instamart just 30 mins back and they sent me a packet of bread which is set to expire on the same day.

@FreshatTBD I would like to highlight a strange quality bread i have never seen from bakers dozen. A whole wheat bread always has a brownish color which i get from Bengaluru as well.

@FreshatTBD Purchased this from Instamart today. Although it is still within the expiry date, it has visible mould/fungus. I’ve bought it multiple times earlier without any problem, but this is concerning.
