‘E bikes’ are just motorcycles with a different name. There is absolutely no reason they shouldn’t be licensed and regulated in the exact same way. The only reason they aren’t is due to lobbyist pressure from malignant organizations like TransAlt and the fact that they’re preferred by illegals whom the city is committed to protecting from any form of law enforcement whatsoever.
