The Fault in Our Stars has been removed from the YA section in the suburbs of Indianapolis and is now considered a "book for adults." This is ludicrous. It is about teenagers and I wrote it for teenagers. Teenagers are not harmed by reading TFIOS. This is such an embarrassment to the city of @FishersIN.

PSA - Don't buy @HP. Dealing with @HPSupport is awful. Every company in the world: "You want to cancel an order that's been in our system for 30 days? No problem." HP: "We have to contact a specialist and it can take 1-2 days. No promises that we can cancel it." WTF is wrong?

@AmazonHelp Hi Hank - as per usual when a FedEx package is delayed, I have no idea what the new date is. It's frustrating. Every other carrier I deal with tells their customers what plan B is. FedEx typically says, "No scheduled delivery date at this time".
