@MassiveCorgi @MopHandel There, you see a woman. And the normal thing is to not walk away. So Kliff helps her. A Bleed Bandit would have tried to hold her for ransome.

@MassiveCorgi @MopHandel Mapmaker -> tavern Tavern -> arm wrestling Arm wrestling -> coins The begger sits right in front of the tavern. Kliff gives him the money because he needs it. Which prompts the next steps. Investigating the sewer because the key has to belong somewhere.

@CastlekdotPNG @bradguy99 @GPrime85 The random objectives follow a clear storyline. One that hinges on Kliff being a Graymane and a good character to a fault. Also, if you are so offended by that, go and do some random other shit I found the fay by that point already because I'm not married to the quest marker.

@CastlekdotPNG @bradguy99 @GPrime85 The beggar starts rambling mad shit while pressing a key into your hand before he vanishes into thin air. That needs to be investigated. So you open the sewers and head down. Only a few feet from the entrance, you see a woman with bound hands. Of course you go saving her.

@CastlekdotPNG @bradguy99 @GPrime85 Destiny brings him to the beggar, and his good nature brings him to help him. The bagger brings him to the sewers, and his good nature brings him to save the noble women. They lend him on his path, his nature clears the tests

@FroGG2 @bradguy99 @GPrime85 So, the reason Kliff is just totally cool with coming back to life after his whole faction was slaughtered, doesn’t react to it, and decides to go arm wrestle at a tavern before trolling in a sewers is because sometime in the future, he he will eventually be an emissary of Gods?

@theSlowpoke_ @baur_tom @irxson @HAmorata Ignore all of it. That's why he leaked all of the story. They don't give a fuck about the IPs we love they don't give a fuck about our opinions and what we want. They don't deserve politeness. All they deserve is mockery and ridiculed until they get a grip and change course.

@theSlowpoke_ @baur_tom @irxson @HAmorata They don't only seem to ignore feedback. They do it blatantly. Remember Vailguard? The whole story got leaked weeks before launch by a beta tester. He was a fan. He told them in detail where they ignored canon or got shit wrong. And they told him to his face that they will

Former Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan calls out gaming’s “nerd baby rage” grifters "If a game comes out and you don't want to play it—and you've never even played it—shut the f**k up. No one cares. We don't need to hear that you're not into it."

>leftist writes character into his comic based on his warped strawman view of conservative fathers >leftists are so discomforted by it they cut it from the animated adaptation of the comic The left is amazingly skilled at kneecapping the left's ability to get their own political commentary to land with the intended audience.

Thank GOD they changed this whole sexist thing with the dad from the Invincible comic. Was completely unnecessary.

@TheDezembro He is a retarded lefty who hates the game for being righ-wing apparently. So it's normal that you don't understand how he came to that conclusion because there is no rationale behind it.

I can't prove it yet, but there's something really weird going on with Crimson Desert anties online lol I've seen skepticism that made sense, of course. I been on that train too, the whole "really? this game has all this stuff?" But I'll never understand shit like this. Literally just looks like a normal medieval-fantasy-landscape game. Visuals are current, too, no over-the-top stylization that may not land with some people, no "old gen" looking graphics either... But apparently now, to add to other weird criticisms, it's also ugly.

I just want people to acknowledge how ugly this game looks

@TheDezembro @Sir_Dammed Probably one of those difficulty spikes I heard from some reviewers. I also seconding Slay the Spire 2 it's a great game. I have over 350 hours in the first on on steam alone. And no idea how much I played on switch. Part 2 has already 50 hours on the clock mostly multiplayer.

@TheDezembro @Sir_Dammed I did the quest with the boss in question with nearly starting gear and it was miserable, but I got him after ca 30 minutes. That misssion is optional, and if I should hazard a guess for a lot later. afterwards, you should clear the area, and there are hundreds of bandits.

When all the worst people with the shittiest gaming opinions you know of dislike a video game, you can pretty much be all but assured that it's great. Crimson Desert is officially "safe to buy." I haven't played it, but I can confidently say it's a great video game lmao.
Khatspergers@Khatspergers

After wasting 20 minutes slamming his head into a boss with nothing but starter gear, Phil concludes that Crimson Desert is not a good game and rage quits.

@bradguy99 @GPrime85 Yeah and they’re main quest objectives. So you agree with OP, this is a bad story with bad quest design, which ISNT a mistake that Red Dead makes, and therefore isn’t an apt comparison???

@DYREKTIONS @FcknFerret @GPrime85 The literal first hour of the game is how the gods saved him because he was a grey mane which are defenders and great humans in a world full of chaos and they decided to give him godlike powers to ressurect and stuff. You didn’t pay any attention at all 😭

@theSlowpoke_ @baur_tom @irxson @HAmorata They started it. I don't have to calm talk to people who hate me. They want to make a good game? To bad that they aren't able to identify what makes something good if said thing would hit them in the face.

@FroGG2 @baur_tom @irxson @HAmorata I don't like a poorly designed product either, and I understand people's frustration, just don't be aggressive and rude and weird about it, express calmly what you don't like, I know those making the game want a good game, c-suites care about money sadly

@theSlowpoke_ @baur_tom @irxson @HAmorata Generally, I agree with you, but you are talking to the wrong side. The gamers didn't start it. The entertainment industry started the shit flinging contest. And that's one contest you don't want to start with the Internet, because the Internet wins every time.

@baur_tom @irxson @HAmorata yeah, calling out bad business practices is completely okay to do, and yeah, a lot of games being put out recently don't hit the mark for what most people enjoy, I always advocate for calm and polite criticism, not aggressive attacking
