@FrontierCorp my fiber optic service is down again for the 4th time in 3 months. Your customer service won’t provide any information. You’re losing customers because your service is unstable and unreliable and then you make it worse with zero communication and service

@AskFrontier why aren’t you telling everyone that our service is out because of some switch at your central office? Why can’t you tell us when it will be restored? Why is your communication and customer service so poor?

@AskFrontier your customer service is terrible! 4 outages in 3 months. Can’t speak to a live person on the phone. Chatbot and social media give scripted responses with no information provided. Fiber optic is supposed to be the best internet service, with Frontier it is not!

@FrontierCorp My service is down, your chat agent was incredibly unhelpful, and automated ticket 7200701 claims it won't be fixed until June 24th. Five days without internet severely impacts my livelihood. I need an Executive Customer Care Manager to DM me and escalate this

@FrontierCorp another outage for an entire day with no information provided. Chat says it’s an internal switch at your central office but you provide zero information to customers. 4 outages in 3 months for me.
