Ten child predators have been arrested following a six-day undercover operation targeting online child exploitation by Fairfax County police detectives. The operation, led by the Fairfax County Police Department’s Major Crimes Bureau Child Exploitation Unit, involved detectives posing as juveniles on internet platforms to identify individuals attempting to initiate sexually explicit conversations with minors. The suspects later arranged to meet in Fairfax County, believing they would encounter a child for a sexual encounter, but were instead met by police. Authorities said the suspects, ranging in age from 21 to 64, collectively face 19 felony charges. Most of those arrested had traveled to Fairfax County for the planned meetings. Those arrested include: •Jose Rivas Reyes, 32, charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor and attempted indecent liberties with a minor. He was held without bond. •Steven Schoshinski, 64, charged with solicitation of a minor for prostitution and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was held without bond. •Milton Romero Hernandez, 48, charged with solicitation of a minor. He was held without bond. •Ian Milbourne, 38, charged with solicitation of a minor and attempted contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was held without bond. •James Wei, 46, charged with solicitation of a minor and attempted indecent liberties. He was released on a $20,000 secured bond. •Mohamed Al Hashim, 33, charged with solicitation of a minor and attempted indecent liberties. He was held without bond. •Anthony Smith, 33, charged with solicitation of a minor and attempted contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was held without bond. •Marcos Justo, 21, charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor and attempted contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was held without bond. •Sergio Rios Lecca, 39, charged with solicitation of a minor and attempted contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released on a $1,000 bond. •Fraz Aulakh, 31, charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor and attempted indecent liberties. He was held without bond.
