That was frustrating to listen to, as a majority of the court seems like it is going to bless an ammo background check regime that wrongfully denies 11% of people who use it, and just say they can pursue as-applied relief. This is in direct contradiction to the 10th Circuit case of Fish v. Schwab that our amicus brief cited to, which said that a voter registration system that erroneously rejects 12% of people who attempt to register to vote is unconstitutional. I really wish someone would have brought that one up. Hopefully some of the judges read our brief before deciding the case. (That's the problem with amicus briefs - they can just be ignored) I also wish someone brought up that nonresidents are totally barred from buying ammo in California. CRPA submitted a member declaration of someone who tried to buy ammo and was rejected on those grounds. Besides those two quibbles, I think Erin Murphy did a superb job, especially in pushing back hard on Judge Koh, who was weirdly antagonistic towards her. It was one of my favorite arguments ever from her. And I think the USDOJ lawyer was doing well but got cut off way too soon. The good news is, with USDOJ's amicus support, if the Ninth Circuit does indeed uphold this insane ammunition background check, we may just get cert from SCOTUS.

I think Trump should just unilaterally scrap the TSA to be honest. The White House should announce that given Congress has decided not to fund it, it can't continue to exist. Do a transition period where it gets phased out, and airlines take over airport security once again. The Dems are basically doing a shakedown right now. If Trump doesn't cave on enforcing our immigration laws (which he was elected to do), then they will continue to make Americans suffer at airports, confident that many will ignorantly blame Republicans. All in service of illegal immigrants over American citizens, because they need illegals to shore up the population of failing blue states. Don't play into that nonsense. Call their bluff. Just announce TSA is being scrapped. What are they going to do, argue that scrapping an agency would be unconstitutional when THEY ARE REFUSING TO FUND IT? lol

Just glanced at my IG feed (my mistake...) and apparently this clip of Andrew Tate shooting is what people are talking about. There's a few things I'd personally do a little differently technique wise but, as someone who sees a lot of people of all skill levels shoot, everything in the clip seems perfectly safe I hope he keeps training and improves his skills and confidence with firearms 👊🏽 I'm sure if he watched a video of me kickboxing he'd say he would do some things differently as well.
